...Billy Connolly is a comedian you either love or hate. I am one of those people who can go into hysterical laugher just looking at him. If you like things to be clean and politically correct, then this Billy Connolly DVD, like most of his other recordings, is not for you. I have kept it as clean as possible using "bleeps" where bad language is freely used on the DVD. I first became aware of Billy ("The Big 'Yin") back in the early seventies when a Glaswegian friend of mine played an LP of his. I was given this book as a gift, so I've no idea how much it cost. The RRP is £12.99, but I have seen it for sale on Amazon and WH Smith for £7.79. ...The Unquiet is the sixth of John Connolly's books featuring the recurring lead character of private detective Charlie 'Bird' Parker. Previous books have seen his own personal storyline develop more than some of the recurring characters, but one ongoing theme is always that of a supernatural and gothic nature. ...I am a huge John Connolly fan, I was hooked from the first few pages of his first novel Every Dead Thing, and although this book wasn't part of the Charlie Parker series I wanted to read it. Synopsis Set during the war, the story follows David who is a young boy who suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder, he is compelled to tap items such as the tap an even number of times before and after he uses them.
