Me,I am craft crazy,I love any craft,and will try anything new. am that obsessed I have an 8ft by 6ft shed full of craft stuff and a stack in my bedroom. The first time I went to Hobbycraft with ym husband,he went into sheer panic because he knew the credit card was about to take a very bad beating.That particular time I did extremely well I think,I only spent £75.00 on Craft stuff. The list of products they actually sell would be impossible for me to list in this review. Could make 'crafts' the new DIY

Advantages: Full of inspiring ideas, everything for artists and makers of all things, open late
Disadvantages: Finding what you're after can be tricky, lots of tempting things for kids

Walk around and you'll see stuff you probably won't see anywhere else for miles around. Arts and craft supplies in equal measure. I thought that crafts like needlepoint and pokerwork died out in the 70s, but I am so wrong. It could be through people going mad for DIY and all that accessorising of their home, that crafts in every shape and form are well and truly alive and kicking. Hobbycraft has enough stock to satisfy the arts and crafts professional (eg, artist, painter, designer, dressmaker, knitter, florist, cake decorator, picture framer etc) as well as anyone who wants to dabble in arts and crafts projects. We bought a bag of pom poms, a bag of eyes, sequins, paper, gel pens (Megan?s treat), a storage container, charcoals and a couple of books one on how to make cards and the other about fun children?s activities throughout the year. The aisles were all well stocked and nicely presented. The areas were all clearly labelled and items were easy to find. The store was spacious and well lit and comfortable for pushing a pram. Crafting Heaven!

...I really shouldn't be allowed out shopping! My partner and I only popped to the supermarket to top up on basics, yet I come home with a whole host of items that weren't on the list! I am, however, glad to say that one of these little extras was Crafts Beautiful, "Britain's best-selling craft magazine". I usually begrudge paying over a couple of pounds for a magazine, but in this case every penny of the £3.25 was worth spending. I have been making cards for about 2 years now; nothing special, just the odd birthday card, new baby greeting, and all of my Christmas cards. Initially, I thought it would be an enjoyable hobby and probably a little cheaper than buying them from the shops. Wrong! Of course it's an enjoyable hobby that keeps me quiet for hours, but all the little bits and bobs needed to create a card you can be proud...

Disadvantages: No nose or throat adjustment.

...strong that they don`t break if a horse gets caught, the link is more likely to break, or the horse to sustain an injury. I have only seen one injury when the horse was left in the stable (not mine) for a very short length of time. The horse managed to catch the headcollar on something on the stable door resulting in a visit from the vet and stitches in the face of the horse. So, whilst it is unlikely for the horse to sustain an injury from the headcollar, it does happen, so for this reason I tend to remove it unless I am leading or tying up.
