Immac for Women
Review of Immac Hair Removal Cream Sensitive Plus by
moonbright
Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Smell of the product
...You have to put the cream on and leave it for five minutes. After these five minutes you have to use a damp piece of cotton wool to remove te hair and cream. The smell which this cream creates is disgusting and lingers in the house for over twenty-four hours. The cream doesn't really work and the hairs grow back within three days. I think that the cream should be improved and that the smell should be appealing.
I will probably not be buying this product again, as I was so disappointed with it....

A Cinema Treat....
Review of Haagan Dazs Cookies And Cream by
angeelu
Advantages: Tasty! Chocolatey!
Disadvantages: Makes you fat if you eat too many!
...Cookies and Cream... just thinking of the name makes my mouth start to water.
I'll start by explaining my title... Just about the only time I ever eat Haagen Dazs ice-cream is when I go to the cinema, hence it is my cinema treat - and the flavour I'll opt for 9 times out of 10 is Cookies and Cream.
The ice-cream is a luxury vanilla ice-cream with pieces of chocolate cookie crumbled into it. The pieces range from little crumbs to small pebble sized pieces.
Haagen Dazs themselves describe this product as follows:
"Finally there’s an ice cream to satisfy the milk-and-cookies kid in all of us. Pieces of your favorite chocolate cookies are dunked into delicious, creamy vanilla ice cream. It’s like coming home again"
Cookies & Cream is available in two types of product, firstly there's the tub, and secondly the bar... the bar...

One isn't enough
Review of Twix Ice-Cream by
mumsymary
Advantages: tasty
Disadvantages: must be fattening
...Twix ice cream
I am sat her this evening eating a twix ice cream. I bought it at the beginning of the summer 4 in a pkt, 2 pkts for the price of 1 £1.99 from Tesco’s.
This Twix is just a single finger of chocolate covered ice cream taking a bite from the end inside is a vanilla ice cream. The next bite I discover a crunchy biscuit with caramel. The ice cream is soft and creamy the sweet flavour of caramel is intermixed.
The whole ice cream is covered in a nice chocolate you need to hold the ice cream end by the wrapper otherwise you get very sticky fingers. The ice cream takes about 4 0r 5 bites to consume.
The size is not big just enough for a child as a treat (or a grown up) but it might leave you wanting more! It was not enough to satisfy me, I had to raid the freezer for another.
Thanks for reading. Hope we get lots...

Siana Anti Wrinkle Night Cream
Review of Siana Anti Wrinkle Night Cream by
JodaleneC
Advantages: Very light and refreshing with subtle fragrance
Disadvantages: None that I have experienced
...I am 24 years old and although some people may think this is a young age to begin using Anti Wrinkle Creams, you would be wrong. Many beauticians have advised me that the ideal age to begin using these products is around 21 years old.
I have tried many face creams in the past, anti wrinkle and general moisturisers. But I have to say that I have fallen in love with Siana Anti Wrinkle Night Cream. I apply the cream at night after fully cleansing my face and I find it a very satisfying product.
The cream is very light with a subtle refresshing fragrance. And although I have found several night creams to leave my skin feeling greasy in the morning, this is not the case with Siana Night Cream. I wake to find that my skin looks very refreshed and feels silky smooth with no geasy residue.
You can buy 50ml of this cream for under £2 which...

Cream Egg Ice Cream without the Cream Egg taste.
Review of Cadbury Creme Egg Ice Cream (On a stick) by
nat85
Advantages: Different to current ice creams on the market
Disadvantages: Just cause it says Cream Egg, doeant mean that is is.
...I love cream eggs, in fact I love them a bit too much. After easter I buy so many in the clearance sales that Im sick of them by the end of the day, then morning comes and the craving is back!
Cream Eggs sell so well during easter that it makes sence for Cadburys to try and market their product throughout the year. The new Cream Egg Bar was OK, but not as nice as the egg. The Cream Egg ice cream tub was a nice treat but didnt really remind me of the cream egg. So when I was in my local Tesco and I spotted the cream Egg Ice Cream on a stick and thought Id give it a try.
When I buy ice creams, I tend to buy chocolaty ones, mars ice cream or galaxy ice cream. Actually Mars or Galaxy is pretty much all I buy. So the chocolate covered ice cream really apealed to my taste buds. Biting into the chocolate was like biting into a magnum...

A Ice Cream Lover's Delight
Review of Recipes for Desserts by
blueberry
Advantages: Very differnt kind of treat
Disadvantages: Never enought
...Fried Ice Cream
Interduction:
A friend of my husband and I took us out for coffee, one Sunday afternoon.
We went too a Mexican restaurant, where upon, he ordered “Fried Ice Cream” for everyone. I was amaze. On account of, I had never heard of such a dish.
When the ice cream arrived, it looked like a bowl of whipped cream. The bowl and tortilla was very hot. However, the ice cream and whipped cream was ice cold. Then, I became more then amazed. I asked the waiter how they made this. He just smiled, and walked away. Like they say, good cooks don't give out their secrets.
Then everyone at our table volunteered me too take the first bite. Wow! I have never had a bowl of ice cream like this. The tortilla tasted sweet with brown sugar, cinnamon, and the ice cream was very...

Olay Daily Renewal Cream
Review of Oil of Olay Daily Renewal Cream by
Bolanle
Advantages: Soft, Light, Very easily absorbed, lovely light scent. keeps skin soft and smooth and happy.
Disadvantages: None that I know of. I just love the product.
...I love Olay Daily Renewal Cream. I have been using it for over six years, and I have found it to be the best of all Olay face creams. It smells divine. It is very lightly scented in an unobtrusive way. The texture of the cream is very light and soft and is so easily absorbed into the skin. Indeed it is in my view the lightest of all the Olay creams. I have tried others, and discontinued them, either because, they felt more heavy and oily or because they just did not smell as nice as as Daily Renewal Cream. My skin literally glows, and my complextion is smooth and lovely. I am however concerned that this product is no longer easily available on shop shelves, and would like to know why this is so. I desperately hope that it has not been discontinued, because that would be very tragic for me. It is a great product....

Pink Cream
Review of Yves Rocher Depilatory Cream by
wulise
Advantages: It is pink.
Disadvantages: Uneven hair removal
...This cream comes in a pink tub and is pink in colour. It smells unusual but not unpleasant. The consistancy is thick and requires a spatula to spread the cream evenly on the skin.
I found the application of the cream to my legs messy and it dried quickly, thus not allowing the hair removal process to work correctly and hair removal was unevenly. This product is not cheap and for me, was not what I had expected. The manufactors also recommend an after cream to apply to skin once the removal cream has been rinsed away. This again is not cheap. It also caused a mild skin reaction following application.
For this product to work well, I feel you need thick skin with minimal hair growth....

Queen of Creams
Review of E45 Dermatological Cream (Dry Skin) by
ALLIECAT1
Advantages: eases the pain of dry skin
Disadvantages: none
...This product I have to say is something that myself and family members cannot live without. It's uses are beyond belief.
Firstly my Husband works with MDF so his hands are constantly sore, dry and painful so he uses this cream to relieve this, after the use of cream on his hands, they are soft and smooth almost instantly and he is no longer in pain.
My daughter has a mild form of eczema on the back of her legs so I apply this wonderful cream to this to keep her skin well moisturised each day.
My son swims a lot so he applies this cream to himself just to replace moisture which he has lost and to keep his skin healthy in general.
Then finally I myself use this as a hand cream and body cream, it's to oily for me to use on my face but I suppose you could if your face was really dry.
The cream comes in many different sized tubes...

Hot shaving tip for all men
Review of Aqueous Cream by
waterfront85
Advantages: Cheaper and more beneficial than foams or gels
Disadvantages: Comes in quite large tubs so you need room on your bathroom shelf
...Whilst it is well known that aqueous cream is a good emollient for skin conditions, did you also know that you can use this wonder cream as a soothing shaving cream?
Use just like a normal shaving cream, foam or gel, aqueous cream will give you as good a shave as any of the other high street products that are out there, and for a fraction of the price.
A large tub can be bought at all good chemists for around £2, and it lasts forever, and does not use any harmful CFCs. The cream goes on cooly and moisturises your face as you apply the cream.
So before you next decide to buy an expensive foam or a gel, why not consider aqueous cream, especially if you have sensitive skin. I had a skin complaint earlier this year, and the specialist who treated me recommended the cream, and suggested that I also use it for shaving. I have used...
