...This Creative Zen V Plus is a stylish little mp3 player that is very handy and looks very nice. With the 1GB version you can fit about 1000 songs on there and you can also store some video files and watch them (providing they are the correct format). The controll system mainly consists of a play/pause button, a stop button and a stick that allows you to controll left,right,up,down and select. Also there is an on off button on the side and a volume controll on the other side. The controlls on this mp3 are very neat and are extreamly easy to use. In the menu you have options for music, video, picture, settings, now playing and a extras menu. In music you can select to browse by artist, album or just have a list of all the songs. Creative Zen V Plus 2GB

...Right then, the Creative Zen V Plus 2GB is a very good player to me. I purchased this mp3+mp4 player just before Christmas and first impressions were great, instruction manual very useful so I got familiar with the player very quickly. There is a lot of software that can be put onto your PC but all I use is the Creative MediaSource 5 Organizer and the Zen V Series Media Explorer. But first you want to go onto the Creative product registration and register your product so your warranty becomes valid. Negatives: To start with, the headphones are a bit big and are like the Ipod headphones which have a very thin stalk on them so can break easily. Mine didn't break because I changed them straight away after realizing the sound quality wasn't very good and the headphones were too big and wouldn't stay in my ears, they kept falling...

Creative's pride the new Creative Zen

Advantages: Excellent audio, loads of features, price

.... The bass is nothing less than booming, the highs and the mid-ranges are beautifully quantized to give a mindboggling audio reproduction. I have tried lots of typical tracks and I am prepared to admit happily its audio performance is very close to being flawless. It is interesting to note that Creative Zen has the capability of shutting off distortion at high volume and at lows Bethoven sounds heavenly and Crosby Still Nash and Young sounds gorgeous. Supports ACC files, WMA and proteced WMA, WAV, MP3 so it has easy access to iTunes Plus store but sorry no to Apple DRM. ...The Creative Zen Stone Plus is the 2Gb upgrade of the basic Stone, and as well as the extra 1Gb of space it has a small LED screen for viewing track information and navigating content, a voice recorder, and FM radio. Creative zen

...i bought this product in may 2008 for about £80 very reasonable for a new 8gb player considering the ipod of that size and generation cost £120-150. I choose it because i had a muvo and loved the quality but out grew it and after battleing with numerous unbranded models i was sick and tired of rubbish. I am a stong hater of popular branded stuff such as the ipod as people i know have had ipods stolen and broken after a year or so (just after the garentee runs out i think) so i didn't look at the ipods and as me and my brother had both had amazing creative mp3 players with no problems (his zen touch has been running for 4 years and still going strong) i decided to look for a new creative player the mozaic in my opinion was the same thing with an ugly casing and the x-fi was a bit expensive so at the size i needed the zen was ideal...

Zen V Plus 2GB

Advantages: Stylish, excellent sound quality, easy to use
Disadvantages: Can only be charged via PC

...Excellent MP3 Player. Versatile, stylish, easy to use. Bought mine for £63 from Amazon (delivered 48hrs later). Very easy to sync with PC, several software options for managing music, pictures, video and data files. Have mainly used mine for music as with only 2GB memory there is not room for many pictures and videos and the screen is a little small to do them justice anyway. The sound quality is excellent, although I invested in a pair of Phillips headphones which are superior to the ones included with the Zen. The only mild disappointment is that the player can only be charged through the USB PC connection, which takes a little while to charge it fully and needs to be done fairly often if you use the player quite a bit. But all in all I would certainly recommend the Zen V Plus as an excellent MP3 player....

...Hiya and welcome to my first review and I would like to write about my MP3/MP4 player the Creative Zen V Plus 1 GB which I have now owned for about a year. It goes everywhere with me from travelling to the office to family holidays where I find it ideal for listening to my music which I have downloaded to my PC and then transferred over and even watching video clips and music videos that I have downloaded. The only down side is the amount of video I can save is never quite enough and there is no way to increase the memory size. Music however I do not have any problems storing about 400 tracks on it to listen to wherever I go. It has a great large colour scratch resistant screen for viewing videos and selecting music track's as well as a very easy to use menu system which is operated by a simple but very smooth joystick.
