...This Creative Zen V Plus is a stylish little mp3 player that is very handy and looks very nice. With the 1GB version you can fit about 1000 songs on there and you can also store some video files and watch them (providing they are the correct format). The controll system mainly consists of a play/pause button, a stop button and a stick that allows you to controll left,right,up,down and select. Also there is an on off button on the side and a volume controll on the other side. The controlls on this mp3 are very neat and are extreamly easy to use. In the menu you have options for music, video, picture, settings, now playing and a extras menu. In music you can select to browse by artist, album or just have a list of all the songs. ...The zen nano plus mp3 player ticked all the boxes I needed and more. I wanted lightweight, compact and funky (I bought the purple version) for using at the gym. The 1GB size means that I can have a variety of music for all my different sessions throughout my gym routine, form warming up, to aerobic, to cardio through weights and to cooling down, without having to listen to the same track over and over - the only repetitions I want are with my abs! I do find that the buttons can be a little fiddly to use, but other than that this is the perfect mp3 player for me. Its small enough that it can easily be held in a creative armband and not get in the way at the gym, and the headphones are really comfy. ...The Zen V is in my opinion a much better alternative to the overhyped iPod. Considering that Creative is a company that specialises in sound technology and is the producer of sound cards, sound software (such as the Audio Blaster) and so on, it has a definite advantage over a company whose primary product is computers. The player itself is a work of art. It is absolutely tiny, with an attractive sleek colour-coded design. The buttons are also rather cleverly arranged. The only disadvantage is perhaps the absence of a touch scroll pad present in larger Zen players as well as iPods, but the clever five-way navigation joystick compensates for that. ...Excellent MP3 Player. Versatile, stylish, easy to use. Bought mine for £63 from Amazon (delivered 48hrs later). Very easy to sync with PC, several software options for managing music, pictures, video and data files. Have mainly used mine for music as with only 2GB memory there is not room for many pictures and videos and the screen is a little small to do them justice anyway. The sound quality is excellent, although I invested in a pair of Phillips headphones which are superior to the ones included with the Zen. The only mild disappointment is that the player can only be charged through the USB PC connection, which takes a little while to charge it fully and needs to be done fairly often if you use the player quite a bit. But all in all I would certainly recommend the Zen V Plus as an excellent MP3 player.... Read review

...if your after a cheap and efficient mp3 player simply just to listen to your favorite tunes then this is the one for you. easy to use with great value for money. the sound quality produced by this little piece of equipment is top notch. creative zen have always produced reliable and good quality mp3's and this is no failure to say the least. the blue display screen and slick black body provides a very appealing and attractive finish. the one great feature about this is the ease to put songs onto it. it uses a simple drag and drop, as opposed to the installment of itunes from apple and etc. the built in mic is also real cool little feature you can record tracks using this tool. you cant go far wrong with an 18 hour battery life span either....
