...the ability to add another sized plate to it if you decide to Upgrade to the 60Gb player / Downgrade to the 30Gb player, so you dont have to buy a whole new one. It is a really good idea to buy one as it is helpful, easier to use and you can show off to your mates and put it somewhere where it can be seen and show you have a better MP3 player than them. It is also very good value for money (although I got my for free with the Creative Promotion - another reason to buy a ZEN - you get something for free if you go to the creative promo website and follow the guidelines) and is worth it.... ...The Creative Zen Vision:M is the ultimate in personal entertainment. Although most people prefer to stick with the 'popular' Apple iPod products, i feel they are often excessively priced for the features that they offer and as such you are merely paying for the brand name. Creative's entertainment products on the other hand are packed full of features at a very reasonable price. The Zen Vision:M has several features that make it stand out from an iPod. Firstly, there is the ability to use the player as a portable hard disk, the capacity of which can be set by the user from 1GB to 16GB in teh 30GB model. This enables the user to store files other than the usual mp3 and mp4 files such as documents and other program files. Advantages: Feature Rich, Multiple Codec Support

...This product is 'great' to just say one word. It is windows compatible, supports divx. xvid and wmv, supports very well slideshows and music libraries and has integrated FM radio. I love it - in fact for me when giving presentations its is a substitute for my laptop! (i just convert the powerpoint to pictures!) However if I were to buy antoher one, I would buy the 60Gb edition, since my Zen has reached its limit - something I would never imagine when I bought it - but I keep adding stuff to it! When I am to go abroad I use it is a video player, and probably it would do with a slightly larger screen. Another downside is the dongle which you have to keep carrying around with you, to charge the player, use its tv/out or connect to the PC. One last thing, its slightly thick so if this really matters, you might prefer an ipod otherwise... Read review

Advantages: Gorgeous to look at, Large storage capacity

...I have had my Zen Vision for 6 months now & it has been a joy to use. The screen is large, clear & bright & the large storage capacity means I always have something to watch or listen to. Setting it up was simple with the software supplied by Creative & withing minutes you will be transferring files from your hard drive and synching it with Windows Media Player. The only downside I have found is that the screen does tend to pick up surface scratches very easily, so I would recommend some kind of protective covering, but its a minor issue and does not overlly take away from my enjoyment of the product. Creative surpass Ipod in terms of user friendliness in my experience & I wholeheartedly recommend its purchase. Finally it has a nice Wow factor with people unfamiliar with mp3 players, as even the demonstration video impresses people... Read review

...The Creative zen vision : M is the new focus of creative's attention, it has many attractions which trumps the ipod and if considering whether to buy a creative zen vision : M or other competitore such as thje fifth generation ipod, you should look closely and opay attention to this reveiw. Okay will shall start with the bad aspects of the zen. Firstly and the most obvious point is the design, it is a lot thicker than the fifth generation ipod-The zen has a thickness of 1.8 cm, the 60gig ipod is 1.4 cm thick while the 30gig ipod is only 1.1cm thick. Also it has more weight than the ipod, this can be thought of as a good or bad thing for even though it is reasonably6 heavy i beleive it fits into your hand and is more comfortable as i know i think that it would be very easy to break the ipod in half-anyway it feel that way. ...The Creative Zen Vision:M is an MP3 player by Creative. It was released in August 2006. It is available in 30GB or 60GB options and is available in a range of colours: Black, white, pink, blue and green. I chose the white because I think it looks the best and all the rest of the cabling etc and back of the vision:m itself is white so thought it was worth paying £4 extra to get it in white. I also chose the smaller 30GB option as I don't believe I would be able to fill the larger one, though I might be proved wrong but is a lot more expensive anyway. ...August 31st 2006, Creative announced the launch of the 60 Gig version of the Zen Vision:M. I was dubious about buying one because there seems to be so much out there and when you do buy something like this, it's almost out of date before you get home! I bought mine in the Xmas sales at a cost of £150 and have used it for 2 months. To put you in the picture I have a round trip of about 30 miles each day for work which includes a short drive, a long train ride and a few minutes walk. Every day I take my Zen with me and the last thing I do before I get out of the car at the train station is put on some tunes! I'm a metal fan, thrash metal to be exact and I listen to a lot of very loud, fast beating, screaming, shredding, bassy music. ...it at all. Summary We have been extremely satisfied with everything the Creative Zen Vision:M has offered so far. It plays mp3s and movie files and picks up FM radio exactly as it’s supposed to do. I guess the best part of this purchase was that I bought them from Amazon.com in the US and had them delivered to my office there for free in time for a recent business trip. Given that the lowest price in the UK is around £130-140 plus postage, I was delighted to pick these up for $200 each saving at least £60 over all. Hoorah.... Read review
