...I have had my Zen Vision for 6 months now & it has been a joy to use. The screen is large, clear & bright & the large storage capacity means I always have something to watch or listen to. Setting it up was simple with the software supplied by Creative & withing minutes you will be transferring files from your hard drive and synching it with Windows Media Player. The only downside I have found is that the screen does tend to pick up surface scratches very easily, so I would recommend some kind of protective covering, but its a minor issue and does not overlly take away from my enjoyment of the product. Creative surpass Ipod in terms of user friendliness in my experience & I wholeheartedly recommend its purchase. Finally it has a nice Wow factor with people unfamiliar with mp3 players, as even the demonstration video impresses people... Read review

...The Creative Zen Vision:M is the ultimate in personal entertainment. Although most people prefer to stick with the 'popular' Apple iPod products, i feel they are often excessively priced for the features that they offer and as such you are merely paying for the brand name. Creative's entertainment products on the other hand are packed full of features at a very reasonable price. The Zen Vision:M has several features that make it stand out from an iPod. Firstly, there is the ability to use the player as a portable hard disk, the capacity of which can be set by the user from 1GB to 16GB in teh 30GB model. This enables the user to store files other than the usual mp3 and mp4 files such as documents and other program files. Advantages: Sound Quality, Photo and Video Features

...I bought this as a replacement for my old Creative Zen 20GB Micro which died on me. I chose Creative again as I prefer Creative Zen's to IPod's for their functionality and music options ie they will accept MP3s, WMAs, AACs etc meaning you have more variety of where you get your music from. I love the look of this MP3 player with its blue lights and high resolution LCD screen. Other people might think it is slightly chunky compared to other models but that's never been a problem for me. I think it's yummy! Most of the features are the same as my previous Zen except of course this one is a 30GB (WOOHOO!) and you can download photos and videos to view on the extremely good high resolution LCD screen which is a nice viewing size. If you put the lock on MP3 player so that the screen is not used but the music still plays the battery life... Read review

...This product is 'great' to just say one word. It is windows compatible, supports divx. xvid and wmv, supports very well slideshows and music libraries and has integrated FM radio. I love it - in fact for me when giving presentations its is a substitute for my laptop! (i just convert the powerpoint to pictures!) However if I were to buy antoher one, I would buy the 60Gb edition, since my Zen has reached its limit - something I would never imagine when I bought it - but I keep adding stuff to it! When I am to go abroad I use it is a video player, and probably it would do with a slightly larger screen. Another downside is the dongle which you have to keep carrying around with you, to charge the player, use its tv/out or connect to the PC. One last thing, its slightly thick so if this really matters, you might prefer an ipod otherwise... Read review

...the ability to add another sized plate to it if you decide to Upgrade to the 60Gb player / Downgrade to the 30Gb player, so you dont have to buy a whole new one. It is a really good idea to buy one as it is helpful, easier to use and you can show off to your mates and put it somewhere where it can be seen and show you have a better MP3 player than them. It is also very good value for money (although I got my for free with the Creative Promotion - another reason to buy a ZEN - you get something for free if you go to the creative promo website and follow the guidelines) and is worth it.... ...players both creative Creative Tech Support has changed from a telephone/email system to a email system only we you submit a tech support note through their website you will get a automated response with some solutions on it if you don't respond to this email they automatically think the problem is solved read it fully most people see the words automated reponse and stop reading. Pay an extra £30 and get a 30gb Vision M from pixmania... Read review

...Having owned an ipod and a Creative Zen Vision M i can confidently say that i prefer this over the ipod. The player needs no software to start adding your songs and videos, simply copy and paste them using Windows Explorer etc. The software that comes with the Zen is satisfactory although probably doesnt match up to the standard of itunes for the ipod. Due to the fact you can simply paste songs onto it though, i prefer not to bother with the software at all. With my ipod i often had problems with it freezing up and not connecting to the computer among other things. With the Zen ive had no such problems, and on the solitary occasion it didnt want to work, there is a handy reset button on the back! Using this does not delete any data from the player, so your songs/photos etc are all safe! With 30gb of memory, you can fit approx 15000 songs... Read review

...Having decided it was time to update from my previous mp3 player, I was stuck in choosing between the ipod video or the zen vision m. Now, I have to admit I've never owned an ipod before but it was swaying me in terms of fashion and trend. However upon further investigation I found the zen to sway me for a couple of reasons: 1. The zen supported more file types which meant I could fit more into my 30gb. 2. The screen resolution and quality has appeared to be better than ipod. 3. No more itunes! Ok, I'll admit the creative software isn't exactly great, but it was pretty straightforward for me to master after being completely clueless. Transferring music and video literally takes seconds. The sound quality from the zen is excellent, although I'd do yourself a favour and ditch the packaged earphones for something a little better... Read review

...This is Zen's latest creation, the vision M. As the title suggests zen have included video into the MP3 player much like apple have done with their ipods. If your a sceptic and think zen cant beat ipod, then think again. Although the ipiod is renowned for being the daddy of MP3 zen have levelled with it. The Vision M boasts 30gb of memory, thats enough for a good 7,500 songs or plenty of movies. I currently have all of my music back catalogugue, all of my pictures and about 10 films on this beast. The advantage this has over the ipod is that it has twice the amount video playback time. Its possible to play videos for 4 hours on the vision M and only 2 on an ipod 30gb. The sound quality and video quality are both excellent. The amount of things you can do is also quite extensive, this includes creating on the go playlists, slideshows... Read review
