...I recently bid in an auction on QXL.com, this comment is purely to advise of the problems I have encountered. The auction was for 5 bottles of french wine, as a lover of wine I couldn't resist bidding for this item and I was pleased when I found out I had "won" the auction but not so pleased when I was e-mailed and advised the wine was being autioned by a company called barpatner.co.uk a company I've had problems with in the past. When I started bidding in the auction I had no idea who the seller was, had I known I would not have placed my bid, all I knew of the seller was the e-mail address. .... They have just changed it slightly whereby you also get a smaller card alongside your normal one, which you can clip on to your key ring. I have found this handy, particularly if I don't want to take out a credit-card sized item. And the good thing about Tesco is that you have lots of things to collect your points against!...

...I know there is a lot of these credit agencies but this one I have used just out of curiosity, the company itself almost uses deceit to get at your money by giving you one month free then charging you for the next month without warning you - hey I hear you say that\'s standard practise, but so is sending threats to get tv licensing money/bills/creditcards etc after one missed payment, something like this makes you think what sort of mess are we in? These companies effect change on your credit rating and I believe it doesn\'t help your situation because it gives you limited freedom in changing suppliers so you are tied to a particular credit company and they set the interest rates so you could be paying over 20% on a card with no leniency as they know you cant change companies and they know what your position is with other companies even...
