Don't waste your £ on the luxury rooms - Crowne Plaza Manchester

Advantages: Location. New and modern
Disadvantages: Awful club level package. Decor not to everyones taste.

Crowne Plaza deserves another Crown

Advantages: 4 Star hotel, Situated in good location, Friendly staff, Beautiful hotel, Good hotel facilities

...a nice feel to them you can feel the build quality in the rooms the beds are comfortable the desk is made from oak tree they look and feel great. One thing that I usually find with hotel room bathrooms is that they are small and in fact too small I feel like I don?t have enough space to stand in them and that it cannot be comfortable. However the bathrooms in the Crowne Plaza are perfect they just look beautiful and posh. I had enough space to stand around; I had space to put my clothes and enough room to shave without banging into the mirror I guess you can get my point. Bed and breakfast As part of the deal that I got was evening meal and breakfast included with the rooms (We had to pay for drinks) but it was a very good deal. Crowne Plaza - I Must Go Back!!!

...of the London City, but unfortunatly, our view from the window was only a building on the bank of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It would have been nice to have a different view, but our room was really nice, and it's not like we would spend most of our time gazing out of the window anyway. It would have been nice to look over the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses Of Parliment, but our room was nice enough. There was a bar downstairs, when we were in the hotel it was not open, and when it was open, we were too tired to go and get a drink. On arrival to our hotel room, we looked at the menus, and price lists for things around the hotel, and drinks were around £5 each. This is not bad considering this is in the middle of London City. Looking at the bar, which was near reception you could see in through glass. The bar had lovely lighting of bright colours...

Perfect break in Amsterdam's Crowne Plaza

Advantages: Location is superb. Very comfortable, great facilities and superb staff!
Disadvantages: Nothing, apart from the uncertainty regarding the on-line booking

...Amsterdam is home to three Crowne Plaza hotels; there's one at Schiphol airport, there's the "Americaine", and then there's the "Crowne Plaza City Centre". It's at the latter that we recently had the pleasure of staying. Five minutes' walk from the Centraal (sic) Station which, itself, is a one-stop, 3.90 Euro, journey from Schiphol airport, I thought that its location was absolutely ideal. This review breaks the mould - amongst other things. I am usually travelling with my wife, Amanda, and the nearly-three-years-old baby Josh. Wonderful hotel in London, I would highly recommend it!

Advantages: Brilliant location, modern rooms, clean and friendly.
Disadvantages: None I can really think of, if I had to mention something it'd be the pricey internet.

Victoria Park Plaza Hotel, London It's More Than A Hotel!

...The Victoria Park Plaza in London is an amazing hotel that has very comfortable, quality rooms and staff who are friendly and professional. The best thing about The Victoria Park Plaza is that it is in a prime position just two minutes from Victoria Station and an easy walk to some of London's main attractions. I found it perfect for shopping and buying souvenirs. There were also quite a number of restaurants close by and my mum who cannot walk far didn't complain once. Although we ate at the hotel we also sampled London's China Town. It is a four star hotel and lives up to the standard. It is situated close to Buckingham Palace, Harrods, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament. The hotel does not allow smoking anywhere near the building which my mum and I really appreciated because we are both none smokers. The smoking ban made...

THE JEWELS IN THE CROWNES GET BIGGER AND BETTER!

Advantages: Excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, convenient for the motorway network, good link with Heathrow

Crowne Plaza (NEC)

...There are two hotels called the Crowne Plaza in Birmingham. As I found out at my peril... Ill explain later. The first one is the Crown Plaza in the City Centre which is the one mentioned in the other review. The one I stayed in is the one situated next to Birmingham NEC and is the one I have stayed in quite a few times. I have to say I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The most recent stay was when I booked us in before going to Prague. I had mistakenly booked the City Centre Hotel by mistake. I wanted the one by the NEC because of the Free transfers to the airport. On arrival the staff were very helpful in sorting out cancelling the reservation at the other hotel and getting us a room at their hotel. We even had a free upgrade and I dont know why! A Little London Luxury

...are usually too restrictive to be useful, but I investigated further and found that there was a room available for the weekend we wanted it, on the spring break rate and in a good, central London location - at the Crowne Plaza St James. The offer rate was valid for standard rooms only (rather than superior rooms or suites) and began at £60 per night including breakfast for up to two adults, varying up to around £100 per night for those hotels that had higher non-offer rates; we paid £95 a night for our room. To me, this still seems like quite a lot of money, but a quick search on google showed that staying in the nearest Holiday Inn (incidentally, part of the same chain as Crowne Plaza and usually much more budget-friendly) for the same weekend would have actually cost more! More to the point, the normal room rate for a standard room...
