...About 18 months ago when I was in New England I rented a Chrysler PT cruiser for two weeks & clocked up more than 1000 miles, it gave me a good opportunity to assess the vehicle for this review. As you will see with the pictures of the actual vehicle it is a modern interpretation of a 1930s American hot rod & Chrysler have done rather a good job. The low front & high rear ends with slab sides mimics the old hot rods as does the pointed bonnet line & front wing styles. The retro look is carried over to the interior with body coloured painted metal dashboard along with little details as the fake ivory gear knob & old style chrome door handles. We started off with the baby one and moved up at 12 months a forward facing car seat, but recently my 3 year old is just too big and the straps on her previous britax just were not long enough. My daughter is quite a petite 3 year old and doesn't weigh the reccommended 33lbs or 15kg, so I needed a car seat which would suit our needs. ...The Aspire X-cruiser was the case of my choice when building my computer for mainly the reason that I absolutely adore it. I got the black option but it does come in silver, blue, orange, red, yellow and bright green. This case was made to stand out. The front has these amazing gauges on the front that grabbed my attention. One for the temperature which it includes a thermometer to stick somewhere in your pc (I have mine attached to my graphics card). One is for Decibels outputted which looks cool when listening to music and the third is for fan speed which you can adjust a fans speed by using a little adjuster on the side of the case. Advantages: Fun, fun, fun and performs well too
Disadvantages: Not much except a little small

...windows and a 36 month/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranties. There are Cruiser Clubs all over and many places here that sell after stock equipment. We got a chrome grill and a front seat arm rest, but I’ve seen many cars that are really souped up. Some of the colors (not by actual name) are burgundy, candle apple red, navy, white, silver, aqua, taupe. I do not know if this car is available in Europe, but if it is, I recommend that if you are looking for a new car you go out and try one of these....

Put simply, I thought it was perhaps the single bravest move an automobile company had made in many years. The concept of taking an old Hot Rod style vehicle and turning it in to an every day usable vehicle was intriguing and the retro styling, inside and out, was definitely an attraction to me, and to many other road users. Cruising up the river on a sunny afternoon!

Advantages: Like being in a moving 5 star hotel
Disadvantages: Can be rough at sea!

Are you giving way to me or JUST STARING....

Advantages: fantastic looking, reliable and good performance
Disadvantages: not the easiest to park

...Love it or hate it, no one is indifferent to this car. ‘Might as well be a hearse!’ screamed my sister, ‘don’t EVER put flowers on the back shelf whatever you do!’. However I think the PT Cruiser, with it’s gorgeous retro styling and totally unique appearance, is a fantastic looking car, and two weeks into owning mine I am quite delighted with it (although I wouldn’t have gone for a black one).
