Unless you go on a low fat diet and lose lots of body fat and exercise most people will never achieve that wash board stomach. ...I feel I'm being a bit negative today in my reviews of fitness equipment, but this is another needless piece of equipment that somehow has managed to find its way into every gym and home in Britain. ...This is a chocolate bar that many people have seemingly never heard of (perhaps I'm showing my age...?!). When I was a child they were quite freely available, & my nanna frequently bought them for me as a treat! For some reason they are becoming increasingly difficult to find. ...Ryvita Muesli Crunch is one of the special thicker types of Ryvita bread. At first I did not know what to make of it. It is designed to be sweeter than ordinary Ryvita and I was not sure that I liked the taste. But three quarters of the way through eating a plain one, I quickly got used to the sweeter taste and found that I liked it. ...Biscuits are a sort of obsession of mine, I'm always on the look out for new biscuits to try because I just love eating them! I'm surprised I'm not yet the size of an elephant with the amount of them I eat. Anyway one of my favourite biscuit brands has to be Fox's because they make such delicious good quality biscuits. They've been around for over 100 years and in that time they really have perfected their biscuit making skills, you can normally find quite a few of their products for sale in most supermarkets which is a good thing as it means I never have far to go to get some. One of my favourite non-chocolate biscuits is Fox's Crinkle Crunch Butter. They come in four varieties, Chocolate, Banana, Fruit & Nut and Honey and are available in 40g bags that are very eye catching. Bright yellow packets with mini Weetabix flying towards you, you just cannot miss them on the shelves. Weetabix has been around for a long time and the original Weetabix is often used by dieters (including myself) as part of a diet. I doubt the same could be said for the Weetabix Mini Crunch however as they have gluten and sugar in them and obviously the chocolate, banana, fruit & Nut or Honey all help to pile on that extra weight. ...The crunching munching caterpillar by Sheridan Cain and Jack Tickle published by little tiger press. While looking in the charity shop I came across this book and bought it for Adrian’s library it cost me 20p would have cost £4.99 new. I looked on line it is £8.99 now This book measures about 26cm by 23cm. The cover caught my eye it is a beautiful leaf green with the title written across it. Underneath the title is a yellow caterpillars face with a big happy cheerful smile. His body disappears into darker green leaves at the bottom of the book cover. The first page as we open the book is just pictures of green leaves with little holes eaten into them. The title page is next the same green leaves on a sky blue background with a yellow and green caterpillar with red spots crunching and munching through the leaves...

She doesn't hold back on the truth and was not at all hesitant to let me know that she could not possibly eat the pasta which I had prepared for her lunch because it was 'too horrible'.
