'The Crystal Bible: A definitive Guide to Crystals' by Author Judy Hall, was bought as a gift for me. It has been easy to use and very interesting to read. I became interested in Crystals through my practice of Yoga and interest in energy charkas of the body. I ask you to read this review with an open mind, as not everyone into crystals and all things spiritual. Basically Crystal Healing involves utilizing the energy that all crystals give off to heal parts of the body. It works with the 7 energy chakras of the Body, which if are blocked or in need of some help, crystals will give that help simply by wearing a corresponding Crystal as a piece of Jewellery in the affected area, or placing the crystal on the body...

Review of The Crystal Palace

No white marks "CRYSTAL" clear

Advantages: no marks, easy to apply, smells fresh
Disadvantages: spray can sometimes leave marks

...Thank goodness!! the answer to every woman's prayer, a deodorant that you can put on, and get dressed immediately without having lovely streaky marks down your clothes. When I first saw this deodorant I though I had to give it a go. I don't know how many times I have put on clothes, thinking my deodorant is dry only to find it still leaves white marks. I have tried both the spray and the stick version of this deodorant. Firstly the antipersperant spray. I think I paid £1.98 for the 250ml bottle in boots though it does come in a smaller size. I have tried both the clear aqua (blue) and the clear pure (pink) both have a pleasant smell which is not overpowering. I sprayed on the deodorant and wonderful, my underarms were not at all white. And because there is no alcohol in this deodorant either it doesn't sting if you have just shaved...

I expect you?ve seen it, the one which says ?women look great in black but not if their anti-perspirant leaves white marks? which is totally true. I was fed up with seeing deodorant marks on my black clothes even though certain products had promised this wouldn't happen, so I thought I?d give this a try though I was somewhat dubious after my previous experience. The product comes in a white canister with sure crystal written on the front and a blue tick underneath. I purchsed the 150ml cannister but I think it is also available in 250ml as well. ...V.C.Andrews is a very famous author known primarily for her books The 'Dollanganger Family' one of which is titled flowers in the attic. Most of the books under her name come in fives. Four separate stories which somehow wind together to create a fifth. Crystal is no exception and it is the second instalment to the 'Orphans Miniseries'. The others are known as Butterfly, Brooke, Raven and finally Runaways. Now before I go further I have to break a few hearts. Even though V.C.Andrew is famous for many a book she has personally penned few herself. She did write the whole Dollanganger family series just as she wrote half the Casteel family series and My Sweet Audrina. ...This is as Waterford as you can get - as Waterford as a "blaa" (those floury buns used for any meal of the day, and with any kind of filling). This impressive building, located on the Cork Road in the city stands out amongst its surroundings. It showcases the Waterford Crystal and Wedgewood products, and will also give guided tours where you can see the craftsmen fashioning each piece of crystal before it is ready for sale. There are many collections to be seen within the visitors centre - including those designed by Robert Mondavi, Marc Jacobs, Michael Aram, as well as collections such as Lismore, Ballet and Evolution. There are also lovely pieces of linen, pens, and some replacement parts available here too. Clearly crystal

Advantages: supple, non sticky, holds hair,
Disadvantages: used daily, its runs out too quick!

...A brilliant styling wax, for short, or medium length hair types. It is clear, and non sticky when applied. It doesn't leave your hair feeling dull and lifeless, like some other wax can, this moulds your hair where you want it, without it looking like it is hairsprayed into place. It feels natural, and allows your hair to still move freely, in the desired style. It has a nice but not overpowering smell like some, best used by adding small amounts, to the desired effect. It holds my stubborn do its own thing where I want it, or It can be used for that just got out of bed look. Not a bad price, down side is that you do use a lot, and the pot doesn't last that long, especially if used daily like I do. Apart from that one of the best hair wax I have found....

Little Cleaning Crystals of Wonderment

Advantages: Cheap, Environmentally friendly, Versatile...they're just great, ok?
Disadvantages: You wouldn't want to sprinkle them on your cornflakes!

...In my eternal quest to try and save money, and allow me to spend more on the finer things in life (nice holidays etc), I've reading up a lot on different ways to shop and save. My latest discovery is Soda Crystals and for this I need to thank Kim and Aggie and my other half being late home, causing me to watch their programme on BBCAmerica (Their show is on 4 times a day in America, can you believe it?). My shopping bill seems to get bigger and bigger and I often find new products I want to try out, or 'need' as they claim to 'better than the rest'. My biggest expense always seem to come from cleaning products, be it limescale removers, washing powder, fabric softener, bleaches and creams, window cleaners, sink and drain cleaners...you get the idea.
