However, because Dudley is such a "lovely cuddly penguin", when his siblings find him, they have to have a "huddle and a waddle and a cuddle" with him. This phrase is repeated every time we see the penguins wanting a cuddle, so children can very quickly say the words and anticipate them. Of course, Dudley gets fed up of all the cuddles and goes off to find a place of his own. He waddles for many miles and finds an empty house. "Toys" For All Ages

Advantages: Great humor and non-stop adventure.
Disadvantages: You should not operate heavy machinery while watching this show!

Toy Story: One for the children.

Advantages: Good gameplay, alright graphics, fun for the kids.
Disadvantages: Unmemorable music, will become quickly boring to adults.

Tesco Toys

Advantages: prices are good, can be ordered mail order too, good choice
Disadvantages: limited maybe in smaller stores

...I have been very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the toys for the prices that they are sold at in Tesco. They sell a fair range of toys. I find they are very definately for boys or for girls, don't do such a range of unisex toys (in my branch anyway). I have a son, and I have bought quite a lot of his toy cars and cuddlies (when baby) from here. The best value in my eyes is the wooden train sets. Trains/carriages are 99p each (they are the magnetic sort) and you can either buy a basic figure of eight track or a larger set that has trees, people, cows etc in. They have a wide range of accessories like - tunnel, level crosing, ticket office/station (with sounds), platform, turntable etc. The extra's start from about £3 each and are not that expensive. You can also buy extra packs of track, both curved and straight...

Excellent teething toy and safe

Advantages: Natural rubber, natural dyes, easy to hold, pleasant patterns, suitable for newborns, safe

...Last year when my younger son was born I started to look for a natural BPA-free teething ring. I discovered Sophie the Giraffe while doing research on the Internet. It is made from soft natural rubber (phtalate-free) and is hand painted with food grade dyes. I would say that I could not find a teething toy better than Sophie. I wish I knew about it a few years ago when my older son was a baby. So, I started to teach my baby son how to hold it when he was probably two or three months old. Then I showed him how he could put it into his mouth and rub his gums. Funny thing that babies learn very quickly what to put into their mouths :) The Giraffe as itself is an excellent idea for teething because you can chew any part of it whether an ear, a leg or antenna. Advantages: Unbeatable Prices, Bright Colours, Strong Designs

...Tesco make and stock various different toys and games aimed at everyone from newborns to families. There are some holes in their ranges still (for example older children and teenagers) but they appear to be in the process of extending their ranges to fill in this gap by including such products as craft kits (eg Crystal Growing, Paper FX and Make a Teddy) and electronic gadgets (eg Data Max and Pixel Chix Mall). Tesco seem determined to gain monopoly on as many markets as possible so is their toy range a shameless publicity stunt to encourage more shoppers to spend all their money in store - or are they genuinely offering us value for money?
