Advantages: Sound quality, bass, ability to block out background noise Disadvantages: Very flimsy for the price and no case included
...I bought these roughly a year ago and they only lasted a few months.
The sound quality is very, very good. Having been stuck using the basic iPod earphones prior to these, the CX 300 were a refreshing change. The bass on them is certainly more than adequate. Although some in-ear headphones don't block out background noise very well you won't have that problem with these. As long as you have the correct sized cover on the headphones the background noise will be blocked out completely meaning you can have your mp3 player on below half max volume and hear the music very clearly.
Prior to these I'd never used in-ear headphones before and was somewhat concerned as to whether they'd be to hard and rough on my ear. The Sennheiser however are very soft, not too large and quite easy to use.
So, why didn't they last me very long? The wire...

Review of Sennheiser CX 300
Advantages: Great sound clarity, very comfortable Disadvantages: Higher frequencies not as refined as other earphones
...Listening to music... a great British pastime, and something I enjoy every day. It comes as no surprise, mainly because it has been said many times before, that the earphones bundled with the iPod, or any MP3 player, are not brilliant. The iPod earphones are better then most, but for a small investment you can get a lot more music for your money.
Sennheiser are well known for their high quality offerings, but this needn't break the bank. Their CX300 earphones weigh in at under £20 and are available in either black, white or silver. They come supplied nicely packaged with small, medium and large ring adaptors for a comfortable fit. Of the three colours I really like the black, which are accented with silver rings.
Being the in-ear type of headphone, comfort is very important. Out of all the earphones I have tried, these win...

Review of Sennheiser CX 300
Advantages: Cheap, ultra reliable, comfortable, easy to maintain Disadvantages: bit slow, bit ugly, no good for posers
...Picture the scene.... you pull into the pub car park after a summer Sunday ride, the girls sitting at the tables outside look over at the sound of the deep rumble of your V-twin motorcycle, you think you look pretty good in your leathers... 'hello girls' thinking kicks in... and then... horror of horrors... you look down between your legs... and there it is.
Your CX machine.
Grasping at the last hope of attracting one of the girls you quickly glance over to check for guide dogs or white sticks. No. Damn. Oh well, you only wanted a quick pint anyway. The CX is to pulling power what Norah Batty is to the porn industry. Not so much irrelevant as just not at all connected, despite ostensibly having the same basic features as something that is.
Motorcycles exist at two opposing poles - Very functional transport, not very stylish...

Review of Honda CX500 V Twin
Advantages: Noise cancelling, good quality sound, deep bass, Disadvantages: Would be better if cord entered from end of earpiece.
...I did a lot of research before plumping for the CX300's and I have not been disappointed with my choice. The sound quality is excellent both at the high and low ends, and I have not heard such a deep bass from such tiny headphones before in my life.
You need to push the CX300's to almost painful listening limits to get any audible distortion from them and on the whole they reproduce a good quality sound.
I have found that you need to use a bit of trial and error get them sealed in your ears into the best position for a quality sound. They need a little twisting and turning for you to get that deep bass in all its glory.
One gripe that I have is the cord entry position. It may just be the odd shape of my ears that are the problem, but I have found that it would be better if the cord entered from the end rather from the side. These...

Review of Sennheiser CX 300
Advantages: Cancel out background noise, comfortable to wear, enhances listening experience Disadvantages: None
...I'd just recently bought a new mp3 player and after shelling out quite a lot of money for it, I didn't want to be let down to poor sound quality of the packaged headphones.
After doing some research online, I decided to get a pair of Sennheiser CX300's. I have to say they are fantastic. They come with 3 sets of earbuds in different sizes, experiment and find out which are most comfortable in your ears.
They are very easy to wear- I forget I'm wearing them half the time! And the sound....well the sound is amazing. I can hear tracks on my mp3 player far more clearly and defined. They cancel out a lot of backround noise too- the early morning commutes on a packed bus have never been so peaceful.
All in all I love them. Definately worth the £20 or so price tag. I let my brother borrow them one day and he ended up buying...

Review of Sennheiser CX 300
Advantages: Amazing value for money, great quality for all music, many extras. Disadvantages: The cable tidy is less practical than others I have seen.
...Being Sennheisers' you are expecting some great quality head-phones, and these plugs sure won't disappoint.
The company's entry level in ear headphones feature a compact, stylist design, with sound to match.
The sound boasts a hearty, deep bass sound, with great high tones as well, that are of a high standard, without being too tinny. The main problem I have found with this type of headphone, is that the mid tones are often neglected, leaving your music very deep, and very precise in all the right places, but without much life. However, with the CX-400s I find that the mid tones have a more than necessary presence, and this definitely makes a difference to the overall sound. Obviously, you get what you pay for, and so the sound quality isn't as good as really expensive models, but if you care about sound, and are on a limited...

Review of Sennheiser CX 400
Advantages: Cheap 3 in 1 printer Disadvantages: can be prone to paper jams
...I bought this 3 in 1 to replace an older epson 580 printer, which eventually expired after 3 years use.I like Epson printers I think they give good value for money and the print quality is good for the price range. My old Epson 580 was very noisy the cx3200 is noticeably quieter, and is of a superior build quality.
The cx3200 represents great value for money combining a printer, scanner and stand alone photocopier,a very usefull feature you do not get with all 3 in 1 machines.(no PC connection required).
The cx3200 falls somewhere bettween the home user and the small office user and would be at its best in a home business environment, where it is robust enough to cope with sizable print jobs, without being overlarge and industrial for the home environment.
The one overwhelming problem with this printer is the cost of the ink...

Review of Epson CX3200
Advantages: Good tone quality, looks, reliability and functions Disadvantages: no cassette player facility
...I wanted a portable CD player for my home-office desk, because I found that playing CDs on my computer whilst I was working seemed to use up memory and sometimes caused my computer to crash. I wanted one with a decent tone, but one that would not take up too much room on my desk. My birthday was coming up (last year), so that answered my wife's question of what to get me for a present. Off we went to Comets.
When we arrived there were many CD players that would have suited me for around the £20 mark, but my wife pointed to the Hitachi CX68 saying how good looking it was with it's round, blue-lit window on the front that indicated radio stations or CD information, depending on what was being played.
I noticed that it also played MP3s, and that I thought, would be great if I wanted to download music from the internet. I've never...

Review of Hitachi CX68
Advantages: Easy to use. All that I require and more. Disadvantages: Current installation disk and loose paper trays
...I have had a CX3200 for 3/4 years or more, an exceptionally good machine up until now. Purchased from a stockist in the Midlands in a matter of a single phone call and excellent backup and knowledge by the sales person, unlike today with Epson.
The machine has all that I require and more.
Accepts A3 envelopes, US Letter size paper and slightly larger.
The mains plug to the printer is 3 pin which gives a secure fixing at all times, unlike the DX6000 and others which have a 2 pin fitting and in no way permanent, they keep coming adrift. In the DX6000 Epson state that the the printer should not be moved, that in my opinion is not possible. If it is on a sliding shelf beneath the computer it has to be moved also the TAG/Serial number on the reverse can only be seen by moving it.
The Rear Paper Feeder tray has to be fitted...
