I kind of have a 'Basil Fawlty' moment where I have to shout, scream and kick it a bit in the hope that it will somehow make it work. This vacuum cleaner ladies and gents is one of those such objects. Never before have I been driven to the brink of insanity or felt such rage and fury against something. I can feel my blood boil as I think about this hoover even though it went to the great rubbish dump in the sky a good 3 months ago now. Proaction Vacuum Cleaner

...Mr Muscle Window & Glass: I have huge windows in my flat; now I'm not complaining the quality of natural light in my living is fantastic thanks to the 9' window but window cleaning is a pain, (no pun intended). I have searched high and low in my quest to find a cheap but good window cleaner but every time I come back to good old Mr Muscle Window & Glass. Many of you will no doubt be familiar with the clear plastic spray bottles full of bright green liquid which for me have been ruined with the 'beefing up' of Mr Muscle from Geek to Super Hero! ...I bought a wonderful cleaner. A vaporetto steam cleaner. This little machine is a marvel it cleans anything. I boughjt it originally to clean my carpets. It cleans them without leaving any ,marks or getting them wet. It cleans, sterilises and deodorises anything. IHighly reccomend it if you have animals, children, a kitchen or a bathroom. It is the easiest way to defrost your freezer, clean a greasy cooker, diinfect the toilet,or worktops, unblock sinks, and clean anywere without nasty chemicals.I have used it to clean the carpets after spilling coffee, no stains left. It cleans windows, tiles baths.In fact I haven't found anything that it will not clean. It works by generating a stream of high pressure steam, the safe thing is that only the 1" from the end of the tool gets hot, as soon as you are away from the end no heat or danger....

Red Devil Cleaner

...I have had this cleaner now over 9 months and now having just had to empty it yet again, it has moved me to comment!! The cleaner itself works fine, it has a business like head and apparent flexibility. However the size of the head prevents getting into awkward corners and tight spaces, it could easily be more compact. That said the suction power and head configuration is effective in picking up household dust and dirt. It is a little lumbering to trail behind you, preferring straight lines to the reality of dodging around furniture. However its the bagless aspect which is most frustrating. Whilst a dirt trap and a filter may seem appealing (and even spare filters are supplied with the cleaner), the removal and clean up of same is a work up in itself. The pictures show just rinsing said filter under the tap. In your dreams...
