Not quite the D600

Advantages: Slim, lots of fun extras, well set out and easy to use
Disadvantages: Feels fragile, slow working camera, touch screen leads to accidental calling

...I upgraded to this phone from a Samsung D600 which i have never have any troubles with - this phone (so far) has been no different. It ticks the looks box, as it is exceedingly sleek and sophisticated, but it's also fun too with moving backround displays, colourful menus and an interesting array of games (some of which you need to download). Texting and calling is simple as with all Samsung phones. However this phone is not always made for speed as texting can take time due to the phone simply being too slim to get a good grip, also the touch screen and button combination can be confusing as i keep pressing the touch screen and lightly gliding over the buttons! The touch screen does add an element of style to the phone but sometimes practically it just doesnt cut it, as one slight brush of the phone and you are calling somebody you didnt...

Samsung D600 - Not Just a Phone

Advantages: Small, light-weight, easy-reading off the screen, loads of features
Disadvantages: None that I've found

Advantages: Easy to use, Good camera

...So I have had many mobile phones. More mobiles than girlfriends for sure. 17 mobile phones to be precise before I get any smart comments about me only have 1 phone ever!! The D600 was a personal favourite of mine because of a few reasons. It is really easy to use, as is fairly standard fare for Samsung phones, it had a brilliant cemera of its time (2 mega pixel) and had good browsing facilities. I honestly have no idea how much this cost at the time I bought it (November 2005) because I got it as part of a monthly contract with vodafone but if I had to make an educated guess I would suggest It would have been minimum £249.99 on Pay as you go. If you like a good quality, simple to use phone with a very capable camera facility and good web browsing then this could be a bargain phone for you in the modern era. I am no expert...

...hi i got my samsung d600 last year for christmas, my first impression was WOOO this is class but as time went on i lernt that it wasnt all good. Dont get me wrong i think that it is an absolutly amazing fone andi would recomend it to any1. about 3 days after i got it i had spent £50 talking to all my mates it helped that the samsung can hold 1000 names and numbers which is a great improve ment on my other fone as i had peoples numbers wrote on pieces of paper all around the house!!! the fone a mp3 player, a voice rocorder, image editor, a world time function, alarm, converter, timer, stop watch, calender, 2 ways of conecting to the internet (although i could only get 1 of them to work and it cost me a fortune every time i conected to the internet), a calander that goes all the way to 2049, a 3 mega pixel camera and video...

...The samsung D600 offers its user a wide range of features at the touch of a button. The phone has a 2 mega pixel digital camera and an mp3 player on it. The camera quality is really impressive for a camera phone and even in the dark the flash provides the user with quality pictures. The phone is really easy to use. The button you use for ending a call also acts as the power button and once you hold this down for a few seconds the phone loads up.
