The rest - dull chemistry of the leads, long, meandering plot, insufferable running time

...characters played by famous names. But the problem is, even as Bay integrates real-life footage of John F. Kennedy as he serves his times as President whilst America launches its first rocket to the moon, the plot remains pretty bland, and the painfully long, drawn-out running time does nothing to serve its deceptively simple, repetitive plot.
