...David Jordan - Set The Mood I bought this album from iTunes on the back of his single 'Sun Goes Down' which I have to say was refreshingly good and I loved the video, very quirky. David Jordan is only 23 and surprisingly (for his depth of musical style) is British, though born of Indian and West Indian parents. This is his debut album and is produced by Trevor Horn, more of a name in the 80's than now, he was regarded then a bit Like Mark Ronson is now, which is a coincidence as apparently (having read up on this like the geek I am), Amy Winehouse and David Jordan are big buddies, so I would not be surprised if Ronson features in this young mans career before too long. JORDAN - A Tourist's overview

Advantages: Wonderful country, with fantastic scenery and history
Disadvantages: Dangerous at present time (Jan '06)

Advantages: Current American Idol winner, a musician

...This...... is the current American Idol Winner. David Cook is the American Idol that nearly never was. He actually was not initially going to try out for the television talent show, he was at the auditions to support his brother but, after some pushing from his brother, decided to audition too. A good decision, because he became the winner of the seventh season of American Idol in 2008. David Cook is classified as a Rock, singer-songwriter. His sound is definitely very rocky, but in my opinion quite soft rock. He has a very deep, raspy voice that lends itself very well to this type of music. What I really like about him is that he can actually play an instrument, unlike a lot of the new pop stars out there today who are just manufactured. Advantages: Quick read, informative
Disadvantages: If you don't like, you'll hate her even more

A chapter also covers her plastic surgery, and her moulding herself into the image of Jordan. Chapter 23 onwards deals with the birth of Harvey and her life from that point onwards, including his blindness and her cancer scare. There is also a 'revelation' about Posh Spice, and quite a few mentions to David Beckham, obviously adding fuel to the fire in her feud with Posh. Her relationships with men such as Dwight Yorke, Dane Bowers, Teddy Sheringham and Warren Furman (Ace from Gladiators). Jordan - knockers n all

Advantages: Gives you a giggle, lots of kiss n tell mainly about sex
Disadvantages: Her figure makes you feel very insecure

...this book up, it?s hilarious in sections, lots of kiss and tell, mainly about the sizes and technique?s of certain manhoods. Even if the celebs are rich they can still be useless in bed. You also won?t need to be a rocket scientist to understand the storyline but it?s worth a read. I was hoping to find something juicy about David Beckham but it?s quite disappointing really. I wont say what it is he did to her, but it made Victoria start to dislike Jordan. Before they were friends. My only disappointment was there was no referral to Michael Greco ? Beppe in eastenders. There were rumours she slept with him too once but she didn?t even mention his name. Now that?s one man I would like to know his inside leg measurement off. HHMMM ? very edible. ...I bought this book on Ebay (for about a fifth of the RRP £16.99!) after reading mixed reviews, and figured I'd just have to find out for myself if this book was all it was made out to be. I personally have always found Katie Price, aka Jordan quite intriguing. I've watched many documentaries about her, gaining a brief insight into her life and they have always shown her in a good light. After watching an episode of the most recent television programme featuring Katie; 'Katie and Peter: The Next Chapter' which is shown on ITV2, I finally decided I should definitely read this book. 'Being Jordan' is the first of her two autobiographies and I found it an extremely compelling read. If you're looking for a book that is intellectually stimulating , then this probably isn't for you.
