Advantages: Some of the Beatles' best love songs and a quirky album
Disadvantages: It's all a bit 'samey'; if you don't like the early Beatles stuff, you won't like this

With normal day to day contact lenses you are not suppose to keep them in during the evening time as there is not enough oxygen that would be getting transmitted to the eye. As a result of these contact lenses which are made from Lotrafilcon A, they are up to 6 times more oxygen that can be transmitted to the eye whilst wearing theses lenses, the wearing of these lenses will vary for individual patitents but can only be warn if perscribed to by the opticians and follow their instructions correctly. every month air optix night and day lenses are designed to be replaced. you get 3 pairs of lenses per box and they are not very expensive but depending on how you find the lenses is whether they were worth the money or not...

Night and Day - you have to go twice!

Advantages: Not tied to a chain, good food, good beer, good live venue
Disadvantages: BAr closed when gigs are on, dangerous steps to loos when you've had a few

I would much rather go to an interesting unique and quirky venue such as the Night and Day Café in Manchester - a little independent place that serves what it likes and isn?t another faceless chain venue. My first visit was in November when I went down to Manchester to see Jesse Malin play (check him out - he is the best!); he was in England for two low key gigs to start promoting his third solo album, the Manchester show was the closest for me. We telephoned to enquire about tickets and were referred to Ticketline but you can find links to buy tickets via the venue website. Gigs by smaller local bands will cost just a couple of Pounds, we paid £8.50 for someone who is a well established artist with quite a strong following. Night and Day - a Manchester Institution

Advantages: Easy to get to, an independent venue, nice size for gigs
Disadvantages: Food a bit boring, poor layout

Feed Day or Night with No Probs!

Advantages: Convenient to have beside the bed
Disadvantages: Noisy when the warmer is heating up.

...Just after I had Murray I started expressing some milk to allow daddy to help with the feeds and let me get some sleep as having 2 children under 3 was very tiring with very little sleep, with having to breast feed all night long. The first few nights when Murray wakened he would scream while hubby was down stairs getting the expressed bottle out of the fridge and heating it up. By that time I had just latched Murray on and breast fed him. After a while I gradually started introducing to formula to try and get him to go longer between feeds and give me a break as I was at breaking point. Hubby was happy for this but he was fed up going downstairs, switching the kettle on and waiting for the bottle to get the chill off it. DAY AND NIGHT NIGHT AND DAY

Advantages: Brilliant and quirky.
Disadvantages: Not shown anymore at teatime.

...Firstly let me start by saying how disgusted I am that this amazing and totally different "soap" has been taken off from its tea-time slot, on ITV1, and now is now to be shown only in its omnibus late night slot, usually Thursdays around 11pm. - Rant now over! Why am I so upset?? Its just a TV programme!! People might say, but these would be people that have not been drawn into this brilliant and querky soap. Night and Day is set around the disappearance of school girl Jane Harper and is based in Thornton street, which is where her family live. It has some well known actors in it such as Glynis Barber, Lesley Joseph, Lysette Anthony and Joe McGann. 30 Days of Night!

Advantages: Great vampire horror!
Disadvantages: Too much gore ... if you're squeamish that is!

...I first saw this film in the cinema, and I also went and purchased the DVD as soon as it was released because I thought it was such a good film. The Movie is a Horror / thriller about vampires, directed by DaviD Slade, and starring Josh Hartnett and Melissa George as the leading roles. The film is set in a small Alaskan town called Barrow. Eben Oleson (Josh Hartnett) is the local Sheriff, who is aided by his separated wife Stella Oleson (Melissa George). Once a year, the town of Barrow is plunged into darkness for 30 days, and during this particular blackout, the town is set upon by a group of bloodthirsty creatures. ...As you maybe aware I recently reviewed the new sensitive toner from Clearasil, the product I will now review is the recommended follow on product in the range. The product I will now review is " Oil- free, day night defence lotion". I have used Nivea cream as my moisturiser of choice since receiving a sample pot full of it in my bounty baby bag when pregnant with my daughter. I found nice and thick and didn't seem to irritate my skin at all, the only problem was and still is at times, that it doesn't stop the spots, although in fairness it doesn't bring them out either. When purchasing the afore mentioned toner it was part of a "buy 2 for £5.00" offer, this product being one of the marked products. Night or day - it all looks very different!

...In this house we are big fans of the children's author Julia Donaldson, particularly because of her Gruffalo books. Because of this, I am always on the look out for books by her, and the latest one we have read is Night Monkey, Day Monkey. I really got the book for my four year old as it is quite short with a lot of repetitive language, but I have to say that my older daughter who is getting on for six enjoys it just as much as her younger sister. As the title suggests, the story is about two monkeys - one who sleeps in the day and is awake at night, and the other does the opposite, sleeping at night and being awake in the day. They both sleep in the same tree though which does lead to the occasional meeting between the two. At the start of the story it is dark and Night Monkey is awake. She decides to visit Day Monkey and wake him up...
