You'll need to be a die hard AC/DC fan to like it

Where previous games let you do vocals and guitar respectively, Rock Band lets you do both and you can have a go on the drums too. It's a ludicrously expensive game if you want to get the most out of it. A full set of instruments costs around £90, and the game another £30; you could almost buy an Xbox 360 for that, and you might well want to given that the Wii version is rather cut down. Given that the more recent editions of Guitar Hero offer a similar experience, with mutually incompatible equipment, it can be an expensive business if you're into these kinds of games. ACDC are a hard rock band formed in Sydney Australia back in 1973. It was formed by brothers Angus and Malcolm Young who are still with the band today. Lead singer Bon Scott died of over use of alcohol in 1980 and they had to quickly find a new lead singer. When they found Brian Johnson, they released hundreds more albums. ...Well this album was released in 2000, 5 years ago, but it still makes me put it in the stereo, what an album. Ok Here goes my reviews of the Songs: 1.Stiff Upper Lip - Nice Buld Up at the start, got a nice beat the whole way through which makes me banging me head :D. Great Song to the Album Heating up. 2.Meltdown - Bit Slower than 'Stiff Upper Lip', Great Drumming, builds up for the chorus 'Its a Meltdown' then calms down again. 3.House Of Jazz - Same Beat With Cymbals Crashing. Great Song, it calms me down when i sometimes get annoyed. 4.Hold Me Back - Nice Western Style Singing with superb guitar playing, turn the bass UP! What a build up towards the end, Instrumental and awesome drumming. A song for All ACDC fans. 5.Safe In New York City - Well this Contradicts the 9/11 deep shame :(. But Good Song nevertheless...

Time for some AC/DC

Advantages: Good comeback! Certain tracks have brillaint lyrics and vocals.
Disadvantages: 2 songs sound the same, and more of blues

...'s 50! At least he's listenable again! The third reason is that the production is by George Young and it's pretty awesome. Maybe not quite as distorted and headsmashing as their peak work, but full of great energy, separation, volume and even the drums sound great. Its the kind of album that could honestly win back AC/DC all the fans that they lost when Bon passed away. Good stuff from one of the greatest hard rock bands of all time However- They're more groove oriented with subtle hooks which isnt bad, but where'd all the good old AC/DC stuff go?! one of the tracks get me particularly excited. AC/DC rocks Stiff Upper Lip

Advantages: Like that base feeling in your gut

AC/DC "Back In Black"

Advantages: Completely flawless
Disadvantages: Not long enough!

...This is one of the all-time classic heavy metal albums and every home should own a copy. From the opening peals of "Hells Bells" to "Rock and Roll Ain't Noise Pollution", this album rocks. The album was recorded following the death of Bon Scott and Brian Johnson proves he is a worthy replacement. There isn't a poor song on this album. Angus's guitar playing is as tight as ever, and the lyrical content as amusing and schoolboyish as only AC/DC can produce. Given the timing of Bon's death, it is little short of a miracle that an album of this quality was produced. If you can only afford one AC/DC album (in which case steal the others), this is the one!...

For Those About To Rock...

...I was lucky enough to get tickets to see AC/DC last night at Hampden Park, Glasgow. They are one of my favourite bands, and I have never seen them live, and to be honest I thought I never would! They have not toured for years, but shortly after the release of their new album 'Black Ice' last year, it was announced that they would be embarking on a worldwide tour. And so, the mad rush for tickets began! I sat at my laptop on the morning they went on sale, fingers constantly refreshing the page until 10am when ticket sales opened, and to my relief ( and amazement) got straight in and bought two tickets for myself and my partner. I realised later, just how lucky I was when it was said the tickets had sold out in an hour and many people were left disappointed. Fast forward to last night....... AC/DC live was on of the best concerts I have...

Play This Only At Night

...?Highway To Hell? was released in 1979 and came as the sixth album from the Australian Hard Rock band AC/DC. It came as the album prior to the release of ?Back In Black? (the second highest-selling album of all-time) and this final seventies record from the band was also the last to feature Bon Scott on lead vocals, as his death came about a year after it came out. 1. ?Highway To Hell?
