Advantages: Cheap - Compatable with almost every DDR3 Motherboard - Kingston are Trusted Brand
Disadvantages: Intended for budget PCs - No Headroom for Memory Clock to be increased beyond stated speed

Advantages: Huge memory of 2GB, DDR2 technology with massive 800MHz bus, cheap and lifetime warranty.
Disadvantages: None.
