...is he he dead or is he alive is on the lips of many fans of 2pac amaru shakur he was the man no one can ever say any different i have gone through most reports about this mans (supposed death) im sorry but it dont ring true too me there is too much to say he is alive and not enough to tell me he is dead from the time he died to the autopsy photos (yes i ahve seen the pictures) even down to his death certificate to put it briefly they dtated that 2 pac was in fact 2stones heavier than he was can a gunshot wound do that for you and also make you 4in taller i really dont think so but the truth is out there and the man himself mackavelli will be back soon heard of a sheep in mans clothing watch this space... ...DOA: Dead or Alive is based on the very successful series of video games by the same title. As I have never played these games they have no influence of my review of the film. The film tells the tale of the best martial artists in the world who take part in a "winner takes all" competition. Dead or Alive is definitely aimed at a male audience and this is evident by the leading cast. The main trio are Devon Aoki, Holly Valance and Jaime Pressly who kick ass in their tight fitting clothing. Yep, definitely one for the guys. Eye candy aside, which is very difficult in this film, there is still some other positives left to cover - mainly, the fight scenes. ...Dead or Alive 2 is the Best eva BEat em up of all times it has loads of chararcters to choose from and it even haz a tag battle like tekken tag tournament its good in every respect u kan kick and punch people through windows and even of high buildings there are eight characters to choose from each havin loads of different moves to use on your oppenment! and the worst thing on the game is the tag battle only aloowed the 1 arena but is very good with double team moves that u kan perform like the wwf wrestling and it compaerd to the tekken 3 brill it can be played for a very long time i play it avery hour for about 30 mins its a brill game that will never be forgoten its haz fast gameplay on the dreamcast and great graphics its just the best game eva and no one will be able to beat it... ...Films based on video games have produced very mixed results. At best they qualify as enjoyable, at worst (and that is the norm) they end up being rubbish, trying to fit in parts of a game into a storyline to appease all and generally failing. Games that actually have plots are generally the worst ones, Silent Hill & Doom for example. If they don't have much of a plot they tend to be better, mainly because the writers can do their own story around the basic premise of the game. Dead Or Alive (DOA henceforth) fits into the second category, it takes the basics of the game, the one on one fighting competition, and expands it into an actual storyline. If you liked the Charlie's Angels films you will like this one to, it is very similar to both the Angels films but with the addition of a fighting contest in the plot. In fact DOA could... ...I have seen, and read some of these, reviews that seem to praise Dead or Alive 4, and have good ratings for the game, so I felt I should write a review on what I feel, because I did not like the game at all… The thing this game lacks is re-play value, this is the most important aspect to consider with a game, and does it have re-play value? Does the game want to keep you playing? Well my answer to that is, no it does not. For a game that is costing £50, you want to keep playing it, and get your money's worth. Or if you don't play it for a while, you have a good time playing it once you decide to pick it up! I like the genre of games like Dead or Alive, such as Mortal Kombat, and Street Fighter, even the older versions of Dead or Alive, but with this game I was not impressed, sure I checked it out, watched video's, read reviews... ...I do not believe that it is possible to prove that life after death is possible. The only way we could be certain would be if people who had died were able in some way to communicate with the living. However there is despite some anecdotal evidence from mediums, psychics and ghost watchers the balance of evidence seems to indicate the dead cannot communicate with the living. The mere fact that we cannot communicate with those have died does not mean they do not have an existence of sorts. However it seems that if we are to allow the dead to still have some kind of life we need to revise much of our beliefs about the physical world. I therefore think that the truth about life after death lies outside of what human beings are capable of knowing with certainty. There is a sense in which the dead definitely do participate in the world... Read review
