...Being a cosmetics junkie with my main hobby being trying new goodies, I was chuffed to bits when the postie brought me a little box last week containing a pot of Decleor Aromessence Baume Levres. Doesn't that sound so much lovelier than 'lip balm'? Anyway, lip balm is what it is. My lips have taken a bit of a bashing this winter; they've been chapped, cracked and looking in downright horrible condition for months now and my usual Botanics lip balm hasn't really had much effect on them. ...I sometimes get quite dry skin. I saw this 'Angelique Night Balm' on the Decleor website which is for dry/very dry skin and thought I would give it a go. I have tried quite a lot of Decleor products before and have loved them, so I thought it might be the same with this. The jar comes in two different sizes which are both available from the 'Decleor' website. The sizes are 15ml which costs £28, and 30ml which costs £48. There are quite a lot of online shops that sell Decleor products though, so it is likely that you will be able to find them for cheaper. The jar bottom part of the jar is made of frosted glass, and the screw top lid is made of plastic. ...This Decleor Aromessence Essential Balm is really good. I first saw it advertised on QVC. They said to use it at night time as it helps to balance and purify the skin. Well I thought I need all the help I can get as my skin was dull and very dry. I shopped around on the internet and got the 30ml size for just over £25.00. You might think £25.00 for a pot of cream is expensive, but it isn't. You only need a tiny amount. When I received it in the post I couldn't wait to open it. When I opened it the smell is divine. The benefit of this balm is that it has no shelf life as it is all 100% pure and lasts a long time (that is of course providing IT ISN'T left in direct heat and or sunlight). Advantages: protects, softens & smooths the skin, a little goes a long way, smells great
Disadvantages: use too much & your skin gets too oily thus potentially clogging the pores

Decleor Angelique Night Balm

Advantages: Excellent quality product, gentle and fantastic for very dry and eczema prone skin

...Having had problems with facial eczema for many years, just finding a product that doesn't make the problem any worse is hard enough but in the Decleor Angelique Night Balm I have found one that actually improves my skin. In desperation, I went for a Decleor facial six months ago and have never looked back. The calming, soothing effects of their formulations, coupled with the high quality essential oils and natural ingredients make these products well-worth the money in my opinion. The Angelique Night Balm costs around £24.50 for a 15ml pot. However, the product is supplied with a plastic spatula and only the smallest amount is needed. Decleor Double Action Tinted Moisturiser

Advantages: A little goes a long way, covers blemishes, helps reduce spots and redness

...I got this Decleor 'Double Action Tinted Concealer' as a brand new hand-me-down. The concealer has aquatic plant extracts and essential oil in it. Decleor is a French company based in Paris and the concealer is also made in France. The concealer has a 12 month use by date, which is good since it is only a 15ml tube. Despite being such a small tube you only have to use the tiniest bit when you use it so it should end up lasting you for months. The concealer is aimed at combination and oily skin. Decleor tend to package all of their products in an egg yolk yellow colour (with a few exceptions) I really like their packaging and it always looks a very happy colour. Advantages: Keeps your skin feeling and looking younger

...I have been using iris oil every day underneath my moisturising cream for over 2 years. All you need is jut 3 drops of the oil onto 1st, 2nd and 3rd fingers and smooth into the skin before your usual beauty regime. It makes your skin feel really soft. It is not greasy and protects your skin from the elements. The bottle goes a long way if used correctly (1 bottle can least for up to a whole year!) You don't need to use a Decleor moisturiser (I like to alternate with using one of the more expensive brands with a cheaper one as I think your skin can get used to one product and become immune to it). Incredible Relaxing, Comforting Body Oil

...A fabulous body oil that softens & nourishes the skin the fragrance is to die for, it is relaxing, comfrting & very sensual, I could sit breathing in the scent of this fabulous oil all day long. I use this body oil after i've been in the bath or shower before going to bed it's scent almst offers you a sense of security it's just so comforting & as it's a relaxing oil you've probably guessed it certainly works. I use this oil neat but it can also be mixed with a carrier oil which will help it last longer though a 100ml is quite a lot of oil & it does go a long way.
