...I have a small home so when I needed a new vacuum cleaner I chose the Dyson DC24 which is a smaller version of the standard model. It cost £189.99. I was expecting almost a child sized vacuum cleaner but there is not really much difference at all. It was so simple to put together, there are peel off stickers on the unit to explain things as you go. It only took me 5 minutes to have it assembled. The ball makes vacuuming effortless, and the head of the vacuum is narrow so its easy to get under the sofa, low tables, etc. It has strong suction as you would expect from a Dyson but it is surprising how full the cylinder is when you have finished. It really gets everything up. This does mean however that you need to empty the dust cylinder quite frequently. The power cable is short and not retractable which can look a bit untidy if it is...

Dyson Ball DC25

Advantages: Very light and very manoeverable.
Disadvantages: Bit too light and moves around a lot.

...on the machine to stop it moving around. It comes with a 5 year guarantee which is not bad for household equipment, but the replacement filters are around £18 which i thought a bit expensive. The tools are easy to use and simple push in to the side of the machine. Very easy to clip on and off and of course saves storage space as they fit into the machine itsef. Removing the filters i found the top one easy, but the one in the ball very fiddly and quite hard to get out. On the whole i would recommend this product but only for small houses or flats. If you have a large home then i would suggest the larger and heavier model of this cleaner....

Advantages: Very handy, nice shiny silver effect for cakes, desserts. Contains no gunk.
Disadvantages: Little taste to them.

Dyson DC25 Animal - Having A Ball!

Advantages: Large collecting bin and great suction!

...My mum gave me this set of Ecozone Ecoballs® after she had received them as a gift. She asked me to try them out to see what I thought about them, knowing I like trying out new products. The box contained 3 Ecoballs®, 3 refill packs, 45ml tube of Ecozone stain remover and a very handy instruction leaflet. Apparently the contents of the box allow you to do 1000 washes based on a 30 minute cycle in the washing machine. (The balls with pellets last up to 750 washes and the refills included provide an additional 250 washes) Those in hard water areas may achieve a lower amount. It is very similar to the Will Ferrell/Jon Heder ice skating comedy 'Blades of Glory' in that it is very very stupid, involves a former sports champion who has lost his way and a journey to regain his honour and name? well kind of! Randy Daytona was twelve when he was at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. He was the red hot favourite for the table tennis gold and America's darling. Big Shiny Balls Of Steel

...Balls Of Steel is a somewhat controversial TV comedy show which was broadcast on Channel 4 in the UK and was presented by Mark Dolan. To date there has been three series. The idea of this show is that the 'acts' perform pranks or stunts on the unsuspecting public (and occassionally celebrities) infront of hidden cameras and, at the end of the show, the studio audience choose who has the biggest 'balls of steel' (who was the bravest). I personally found this very hit and miss. Some of the sketches were hilarious whereas others were dull and even annoying. I particularly like 'Neg's Urban Sports'. This consists of the lead character, Neg, creating a different Urban Sport based loosely on an actual sport. 'Burger Bowl Off' and 'Urban Sprinting' have been the best of the lot. ...I was given this game along with my Nintendo DS as a Christmas present, This game is not the greatest game that I have ever played the graphics are pretty basic, but it is played exactly the same as the television show and it is a game that I did not expect to have many hidden depths and is a game that can lose its exciting novelty value after playing it 5 or 6 times. The aim of the game is to win some money by working out who is lying, who is bluffing and who is telling the truth your way to the final and stealing or splitting the final cash amount with your opponent. The game is played when you go through 4 rounds and the aim is to take as much cash through each round whilst avoiding those killer balls to take into the final to be the amounts you will play for. ...I noticed this squeezy face ball in my local branch of Lloyds the chemists. It is also available from Hawkins Bazaar. The RRP of this ball from Tobar toys is £2.50 Hawkins Bazaar sell it for £3.50 I seem to remember it was £2. something at Lloyds. This squeezy face ball is about 7cm in diameter I placed it in my hand it fitted well. This ball comes in a variety of fluorescent colours, green, and blue, pink, orange. Basically this face ball has a cartoon face which has a grotesque expression of delight or shock, quite gruesome faces really. Quite long rubbery hair covers the entire ball apart from the face this toy is a fantastic sensory toy. Ideal for my special needs students. ...I was inspired after tidying up my stationary draw to write a review on Bic crystal classic ball point pen. I have a red and a blue Bic ball point pen at 141/2 cm they are slightly longer than the Staedtler pen I wrote about recently. This Bic pen like the Staedtler one has a clear plastic barrel . You can see the ink and how much is left through the barrel. This pen is hexaganol shaped so it does not roll off your desk. This hexagonal shaped barrel is easy to hold and control for your writing. This Bic pen has a medium nib which is made of brass with a tungsten carbide ball. These Bic pens are available in blue, red, black, red, and green. At the end of the pen is a stopper which is the same colour as the ink and there is a ventilated cap of matching colour too. These pens are good to use I do not have a problem...
