Del Monte Superfruit , Super taste - We say YES

Disadvantages: packs of three mean my husband and I will fight over who gets the third!

...I came by these Del Monte smoothie ice lollies by accident, whilst shopping in Morrisons supermarket, I was first drawn by the offer price, 3 for £1. Great I thought, asuming from the packaging I was buying Forest fruits flavour. Imagine my disappointment when taking one from the box and reading the unusual combination of Blueberry, pomegranate and cranberry - of course "super fruits", all having beneficial health properties but not what I would have chosen when I fancied an ice cream. However I was amazed how nice they were. My idea of a smoothie being made with yoghurt, I expected it might not be the most thirst quenching experience, I was wrong. Del Monte mango smoothie - in case it isn't cold enough already

Del Monte Mango smoothie are my favourite alternative to ice cream and nicer than ice lollies. ...It has been hot, sweat pouring off my body and sticking to my clothes hot. In this weather I want a nice cool refreshing ice-lolly as I find ice cream and chocolate concoctions too heavy and rich, I was pleased to find a nice simple fruit flavoured lolly, Del Monte Fruitini fruit icein my local newsagents. I was attracted to this lolly for a number of reasons. I consider Del Monte to be a quality brand that I trust and hoped the ice-lolly would be no exception. I also chose it as the flavours orange, strawberry and pineapple really appalled to me. ...You will see in my other opinions that I have an opinion of Tesco Value Orange Juice which I hated very much.
