Advantages: Doesn't dry out skin, nice texture

...I had been using dermalogica cleanser and toner and found that it was working well with my skin - so I anted to delve a little deeper into the product range. I wanted a product which would make my skin feel clean, smooth and fresh while keeping the moisture in and I have to say I've found it in this. Dermalogica products are natural and makes your skin feel good without feeling like its been stripped of its natural oils etc. Daily Microfoliant is gentle enough to use on a daily basis - however, I've been using it every other day and it find works fine like that. I paid £22 for the 75g size and so far this has lasted me 5 months and I still have quite a lot left so it is excellent value for money. This Microfoliant is in a powder form & you need to sprinkle some on your hand and mix with a little bit of water so it becomes a paste...

I have used a variety of brands, and previously trusted Botanics face polish, but this product seems another level in facial scrubs. ...dermalogica active moist is recommended for skin prone to oiliness and is a lightweight lotion which provides daily moisture protection to combat surface dehydration. It contains silk amino acids, and natural botanicals of lemon, cucumber and burdock with no artificial colour or fragrance. It comes in a slim white tube - i do hate pot moisturisers they seem so unhygienic so this was great in that respect and it really lasts for ages despite the steep prices dermalogica products do work out to be quite economical over a long period. Always get your skin mapped by a dermalogica professional before purchasing to avoid all that trial and error when you start using a new regime. Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant- oooh lovely!

Advantages: Made my skin look fresher & clearer from the start.

...I had a Dermalogica facial last week and out of all the products used i asked which one the therapist would recommend i purchase, she suggested the daily microfoliant. The entire Dermalogica range appealed to me because it is not tested on animals and seems to be pretty natural. I have never spent much money on beauty products before (the facial was a present), but my skin felt so nice during and after the facial that i was really impressed. My skin is quite sensitive and gets very dry with small patches of ezcema at times, so i was very pleased that nothing seemed to irritate my skin during the facial, which is why i bought the Daily Microfoliant. It cost £31 at the salon, which is not bad for a salon but i know it can be quite a bit cheaper online. However i'm really pleased with it and in just 5 days my skin does look fresher...

...Wow - thats my opinion and I've tried many many products. I am a fully paid up member of the Dermalogica world and this range really does prove that expert advice and maybe paying that little bit more totally pays off. Its simple to use and slots into your daily skincare routine incredibly well. After cleansing, put around a 10 pence piece sized amount in the palm of your hand, add about 5 drops of warm water and lather up by rubbing your hands together. You now have the perfect amount to exfoliate your whole face. Gently rub over your skin in circular motions for around a minute and then rinse off. Your skin will feel squeaky clean immediately and after about a week really will be glowing. Follow by recommended Dermalogica toner and moisturiser to complete your regime. This product is quick to use and lasts for ages...

Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel

...Praise the day when I found Dermalogica skin care! I never go anywhere without Special Cleansing Gel. It effectively removes all make-up and dirt without drying out the face. It's suitable for oily and combination skin. Special Cleansing Gel comes in three sizes: travel size bottle 100ml, normal size bottle 250ml and finally a huge bottle 500ml. Dermalogica range is a bit more expensive, but a little goes a long way - just a little squeeze is enough for the entire face. It smells ok too. Some facial cleansing gels have a horrible perfumed smell or pharmaceutical smell. Although it contains lavender, you wouldn't even know that it's in there by smelling it. I recommend using the gel with a facial loofa to exfoliate the skin and deep-cleanse. This is one of the best facial cleansers out there....

...I have been using Dermalogica products for around 6 months now - I was a Clarins addict before but I found that after a while it wasn't working as well as it used to. ...Dermalogica active moist is a moisturiser best used on skin with excess oil production. It is a light weight oil free lotion for daily us that combats dehydration. It is sheer, easy to apply and sinks in to the skin without a trace leaving it feelin really moisturised. It contains silk amino acids and plant extracts to help smooth skin and improve its texture. It also contains lemon, burdock and cucumber to help refine the skin.
