...Johnsons detangler. With a little miss who swims every week, and who also has quite unruly hair, we do notice a difference in hair manageability depending on whether we use detangler or not. We have used the Johnson Junior products on many occasions, and I tend to find them effective, so we decided on a change from our usual detangler, to give this one a go. ~~What/Who is it for?~~ The detangler doesn't come with any warnings about it being unsuitable for anyone, although the pull off top is small so careful with very young children. It's apparently for anyone who wants their wet or dry hair detangled. Advantages: Did actually HELP with knots and tangle

...With having 2 daughters hair brushing was a nightmare, then we bought Johnson's Detangling Spray. When used properly it does the job very well but you may find that you have to wash the childs hair more often as it leaves a film on the hair, this is obviously to detangle it. You have to make sure that you keep it out of the way of the children because it does not work on the hair of Girls world or Barbie Dolls as my girls found out after using nearly a full bottle. I think this product is ideal for children of pre school age as once they reach 5 or 6 they start to brush their own hair more and in my experience they do not get as many tangles or knots. If you don't find this product useful and still fight with the hair brush every morning, go to the hairdressers and a shorter cut will do the trick.... Read review

Every time I combed my daughter's long and very curly hair I am sure that the neighbours, if not the whole village, thought I was being cruel to her. ...I went to the supermarket to buy myself a new shampoo and conditioner as I felt I had been using my old one for too long and was not acheiving the best results from it anymore. I was looking for a conditioner for normal hair which would de-tangle my hair and leave a long lasting fresh smell. I chose this product began it smelt great in the bottle and I thought it would do as it promised (i.e de-tangle my hair). I was not disappointed on either of these points, it left my hair smelling and feeling great, it wasn't too heavy to use and left my hair feeling clean and fresh which was refreshing as a lot of conditioners these days can leave your hair feeling heavy and full of product residue. ...Great stuff hair detangling spray is a product designed with children in mind.It comes in a yellow bottle of 150ml and is of fruity pear fragrance.It is an asda's own product and i picked it up a couple of weeks ago while in asda along with there shampoo and conditioner for kids(yes iv already reviewed that). This hair detangling spray is suitable for all hair types,and makes hair soft and shiny. I tend to use this spray everytime i do my girls hair as not only does it de-tangle in makes the hair easier to style. Spray onto wet or dry hair and comb through you will see it is so much easier for the tangles to come out. This spray is also Ph balanced,mild and gentle and safe on sensitive skin,which is always a bonus,and its dermatologically tested. ...I've succumbed to the bleach killer and have very dry, broken, splitting hair which needs a thick creamy condition with a detangler to make hair brushing a painless experience. This product is one of the best out for doing that. I flit between shampoos and conditioners ever searching for the perfect one and this is one brand I will buy again. Firstly, the price is acceptable - there are way too many £4-£5 bottles of gunk out there. The Herbal Essence range is lower down the pricing scale. Secondly and probably most important for me is the fact that it does work. My hair feels soft from when I rinse it off right through to brushing and although it doesn't mention it, I believe that there are detangling agents present. The long lasing smell is appealing (to me as a smoker) as is the fact that it's 'natural' - OK the herby bits... Read review

...With having three girls morrnings can be stressful enough without the thought of then, having all the tears when it comes to doing their hair. That was untill i discovered avon's detangling spray, there are now no more tears and brushing takes half the time, leaving me time to drink a hot cup of coffee. The pump spray bottle is easy to use and gives a good all over coverage, and i like the fact that is suitable for all hair types, even mine which is curly and needs alot of detangling. I love the kiwi and watermelon fragrance, but i do have to say it can be alittle over powering when you first spray it onto the hair, after though it leaves the hair smelling fresh and clean for most of the day. I have now been using the spray for a considerable length of time and have notice that the girls hair seems to stay softer and cot free for longer... Read review
