A Diamond of a Comedy!

Are Diamonds for ever?

Advantages: Cheap, you can choose not to pay for some services, they will actully insure my car.
Disadvantages: You can't use them if you're a bloke.

...Hmmm... I dunno. There's clearly a pattern in these reviews which goes, "great until you make a claim" but then find me an insurance comapany to which that doesn't apply? I found Diamond via the confused.com website. I have quite a low opinion of the insurance industry which is probably not merited but for the most part I believe you are paying to comply with the law and not much else. At this point I should say that Diamond only provide insurance for women drivers (sorry boys). The rationale for this is that statistically women drivers have less accidents than men and so if they aim at just women there'll be less claims and they can keep their premiums low. Diamond's Really Do Cost Blood - Blood Diamond

Advantages: Gripping, Superb acting, makes you think about life differently, eye opening

...Personal Opinion I watched Blood Diamond last night and it was an absolutely amazing film that was completely absorbing and gripping. It is a 2006 action/adventure drama film co-produced and directed by Edward Zwick, director of Glory and The Last Samurai. It stars Leonado DiCaprio, Jennifer Connelly and Djimon Hounsou. The film was put forward for five Academy Awards of which included Best Actor (DiCaprio) and Best Supporting Actor (Hounsou) I admire Leonardo DiCaprio for his acting abilities he is a first class actor who is able to get deep into the character. As a character actress myself I know it is not easy to dig deep into a character that is so emotionally challenging as DiCaprio played. Diamond, the best Pokemon game yet?

Advantages: Hours of playability
Disadvantages: A lot of the the storylines have been done before

...stream of zubats and magikarps at times which is quite boring! There are only 150 pokemon which you will see up until you have defeated the Elite Four. Once you have seen all of these and defeated the Elite Four, over 400 different pokemon will become available! Previously, I have played other Pokemon games. The ones I've played are Red, Blue and Silver. Although there is a lot more depth to Diamond, I actually prefer the earlier games in some ways, in terms of the storylines and the range of pokemon you are able to capture from the start. You are able to build a better 'squad' right from the beginning whereas in this game it seems to take time. A lot of the storylines seem reused in this game, although you can't really change the format of the game a lot as it wouldn't really be Pokemon then. There is a lot of new stuff in the Diamond...

Advantages: Absolutely brutal slaughter scenes that will well up emotion even in the most insensitive person.
Disadvantages: Very few showings of morality. Not one for ethically minded viewers.
