...Diet Coke. Why drink diet coke? Basically Diet Coke and Coca Cola are all you can get when you go into (foreign) shops, (a lot of English and foreign) cafes and vending machine’s (everywhere). For 16 whole years I never touched coke, I tried it when I was about two and never liked it, I remember throwing up at the taste and since then it has put me off – so I just drank anything else I could apart from Coke. Then the bombshell came, last year I was diagnosed with Diabetes (no sugar in your diet). This made it EXTREMELY hard to find drink – I mean hard. .... 6 pounds the second week and about 3-4 pounds on the weeks after. To start the Cambridge diet, you need find a diet counsellor first. You can find one from this website: www.cambridge-diet.com and find one in your area. Arrange a meeting with them and talk about starting the diet. Not EVERYONE needs to start at sole source. You can start on any stage of the diet. Not sure which stage is suitable for you? Discuss this with your Cambridge Diet counsellor at your meeting. I don't recommend the sole source thought because this is what caused my hair loss. I don't want this to happen to you guys... The hair loss might not happen to everyone though but I don't want you to take the risk... Not a very nice thing to go through... You need to drink at LEAST 2.25 litres (or 4 pints) of water. You can also have black tea or black coffee...

...~~~~~Addicted To Diet Coke~~~~~ I was not a coke lover or carbonated drink lover before but when I met my husband, I found he is a fan of Coke. After sometime I started drinking it too. How come he will drink alone and I will buy just a bottle of water? Now we buy the 15 can pack every 5 days or so. Is this a symptom of addiction? I think so. We both are now addicted to it. May be you won?t believe but my husband carries some cans all the time with him even while going for a party to our friend?s house in case they have something else to drink!!!!! 'Sole Source' allows you 3 packs of Cambridge Diet, or 2 packs and a bar, which totals about 400 calories a day.. This is with NOTHING ELSE! It provides 100% of all the vitamins and minerals and certain amounts of carbs, fat, protein etc. although very minimal and enough to make you lose on average a stone per month, maybe more if you have a lot of weight to lose. Men and women over 5'9 are advised to have 4 packs a day to ensure they have the full 100% of nutrients that they need. The diet works by putting your body in a mild form of 'ketosis', which is very effective at fat burning. Diet Kick Simulation Drink

Advantages: Comes in a 1 litre bottle and is still the same price as other pricier energy drinks

...I needed an energy drink as I have just started running and I'm also on a protein only diet so I headed off to Tesco to check out the Carb content of the energy drink - Red Bull. Red Bull was definetely a no no as it had 28g of carbs and quite pricey for a 250ml can. Its diet - sugar free alternative relatively had lesser carbs in it - 3g and I had opted for it when I noticed the Tesco Diet Stimulation Drink in a 1litre bottle going for the same price as the 250ml Sugar Free Red Bull can. The fact that it was in a 1 litre bottle was an added advantage compared to the Sugar Free Red Bull which even though it had just 3g of carbs was more pricey being in a 250ml can. I opted for the Diet Kick Stimulation Drink and took about 250ml of it shortly before leaving home for the park to run. I was relatively impressed at my performance...

...Diet Coke.... Even before I was watching what I eat and drink to loose weight I would always opt for a diet coke over regular coke (or as I usually call it "fat coke"). The taste difference between standard coke and diet coke is rather a lot because regular coke tastes so very sweet. Regular coke will often make my teeth feel coated in a layer of sheen and give me a furry tongue, so for these reasons I have always been a diet coke girl. The calorie content in a can of diet coke is a mere 1 calorie per can which is nothing compared to the couple of hundred that a standard coke can contains. The price is the same however whether you are drinking regular or diet and for a single can nowadays you are looking at paying around the 70 pence mark. I drink a fair amount of canned drinks and will always stock up when the supermarkets...
