...This Disgo camcorder is a great little gadget. I saw this camcorder on the TV program 'Something for the Weekend' on BBC1. They described it a fun, cheap and easy to use camcorder. I have since brought one for myself. I have to say it's defiantly fun, cheap and easy to use! The camcorder has 60 minutes of recording time, runs on two AA batteries and has its own USB connecter integrated, this connects to any laptop or PC via the USB socket. The camcorder is approximately 15 centimetres tall and 4centimeters wide. Simple buttons and on screen prompts make it simple to use even for technophobes. ...I got given one of these little Flip camcorders as a gift by my wife for when we were going away and have been really impressed with this little piece of kit. The camcorder was easy to setup and superbly easy to use as all you have to do with this is point at what you want to film and press the record button to start recording and when you want to stop recording you just press this button once again. The camera also allows you to zoom a small amount which is really impressive for a digital camcorder of this size and price but the best bit is in the simplicity of uploading your video to your pc thanks to the flip out usb connection of the side of the camcorder meaning that you can simple pull the clip for this to open and upload your photos, unplug the camera, clip the usb back in and wipe your memory and away you go again (i did this...

...I have only recently purchased this and have been trying various different items to get has video onto a win vista system and have finally found one. The dazzle 90 convert?s analogue signals sent by analogue TV vhs, 8mm etc into digital signals that your computer can use. This comes with male to male connections but a scart adaptor can be bought extra for only a few pounds from your local electronics shop. This comes bundled with pinnacle nine which works on all win xp systems. However to work on vista you need to install the updates which are available from pinnacle and to upgrade to video studio 10 as minimum. This item is basically plug and play plug into your video connect the leads to your dazzle and the plug the output lead into your USB slot. It should be easily recognized. Remember install your software first...

...We bought our panasonic video camera, which takes mini dv cassettes, when we knew we were expecting our daughter to capture all her firsts. The camera has lived up to Panasonics good reputation and takes very clear video with excellent sound with good clarity of both audio and visual. The twisting lcd viewing screen is a brilliant feature too, especially for videoing my daughter as you are able to shoot film without holding the camera to your face, so you can interact with her as normal and she's not put off by the camera. It has got 500x digital zoom, which is excellent for taking natural footage of your loved ones while they are playing in the sea, or down the bottom of the garden etc! The camera takes a 7.2v battery, which lasts quite well. The only problem is you have to remember to turn the camera completely off...

...Bose SoundDock Digital Music System I happened to get this as a gift and it turned out to be quiet interesting Summary: This dock is used mainly for ipod and allows you to connet mp3 players to it and listen to high quality music via speakers. It is idle for homes and small gatherings, although I would not run a party off these. Pros: This system has terrific sound and can go very load despite its relative small size. As with almost all Bose speakers the quality is amazing, so long as the source you are playing it from is high quality it will allow the speakers to each its potential. I have a surround sound Bose set up in one of my rooms but now prefer to use this product as it is very simple to operate. Just plug the mp3 player in and press play and your set. Can't get much simpler. It also runs off a wall...

Getting movie data from camcorder to computer

...This camcorder comes with 2 booklets. Both booklets cover many camcorders. For this reason it's hard to read. The big booklet covers the camcorder and the other the interface from camcorder to computer. The camcorder comes with a CD-Rom with software for a windows computer, and a special USB cable that one end fits the camera, the other fits the computer USB port. Installing the software is no problem. The software is a problem. All but a tiny part of the total software has to do with USB streaming video to the computer. When you follow the instructions provided in the booklet you need to wait quite awhile for the windows wizard to detect your doing something. Then a new hardware wizard comes up and it takes a couple of minutes to find the driver and then complains the driver is not approved by Microsoft. You click Load Anyway...

...After reading many reviews on Amazon and amateur camera sites about the different types of hobbyist level digital cameras, I decided to buy one of these. The camera itself has a metal casing and so has a sleek feel and look to it. It's very light weight and compact making it very easy to carry around in a handbag or while, (and most importantly) taking pictures! I found that it took only 5 - 10 minutes to get the camera working from out of the box. It was so simple, I didn't take that much notice of the manual. When starting up the camera, it isn't slow like they digital cameras of yesteryear. Its ability to capture anything in an instant is one of it's many advantages. The photos it and you produce are very high quality, as I found out the other day when I had some printed off at home. The only downside is the bundled software...
