...I love this idea, whoever thought this up is a genius. A lot of families have storage problems my main pain in the backside is lack of room for excess bedding that i keep spare for guests and what not, So this is magnificent, how the air can be sucked out of the bag with any pipe vacuum cleaner and reduce the size of package to less than a quarter of the size. Brilliant for duvets and pillows i might add and to top it all off it keeps all those bugs away and when you do unpack them they smell as good as the day you washed them and put the items in there. Disadvantages: Some card readers just cant keep up with how good the larger cards are (over 2 gig)

They truly are like little soldiers of the data storage world, Amazing. Now one thing to bear in mind when choosing a Sandisk or any other SD card is that in many card readers and some other devices, they tend to struggle above 2 gigabites and often will refuse to read them at all. I figured I was hardly using any of the storage anyway so thought a 16GB alternative would suffice. I didn?t want to be tied into iTunes to transfer music to the device so an Apple iPod was out of the question. This one cost me £103 from Amazon. The Sansa View comes in 8GB, 16GB and 32GBcapacities. ...I brought the SanDisk Sansa Clip 2gb black about 3 months ago from Amazon for £34.99 including postage and packaging. Its is very small, just 2 inches long and 1 inch wide. It has a small display screen at the top, with blue and yellow text. The lower half of the device has a dial with play, pause, fast forward, rewind and stop. The volume controls and on/off and hold buttons are on the side. It came in a box with the mp3 player, headphones, pc connecting cable and instructions. I shopped around before buying as I wanted a small mp3 player, but didn't want to spend too much money. I considered the i pod shuffle, but decided against it as I didn't like the fact it had no screen. This is what attracted me to the SanDisk, and the fact that it is so easy to use. Storage For The Masses

Advantages: A decent capacity, pretty cheap, vertically mounted
Disadvantages: Not really all that portable, can be a bit noisy for a bedroom, it's grey!

..., there was a total refusal to write to it. So, do I recommend it? In a word - Yes! Whether it's for an extension of your current storage capabilities or as a back-up device it definitely does the job. If you're looking for a slim and sleek portable device then I can't recommend it, but as part of a stationary computer set-up then I definitely can.
