THE Perfum
Review of Ungaro Diva Eau De Parfum Spray by
1234
Advantages: Very good smell
Disadvantages: none
...I think that a perfum is a bit of many things together and there are people that likes to use one make today and another one tomorrow, really depends of the mood of the day.
The perfum Diva is not for people that goes by the mood, but is loyal to the same smell, that makes the perfum part of the identity. It is one of the Ungaro make and has a sweet smell but very strong definition. I do use it Diva and to me is my perfum. Everybody that knows me well knows also my permum make, because like I said time goes past and after years and years I still buy the same - Diva....

No Fax Machine - No Problem
Review of eFax by
john.sw
Advantages: Free - Easy - Quick - Reliable
Disadvantages: Requires a 380k download to read faxes
...Believe it or not, there are still people out there who use fax machines and do not have email! What do you do when someone insists on sending you a fax – dust off your old fax machine, plug it in and hope it still works? Not any more; there is a free alternative that allows you to receive faxes direct to your email box.
eFax.com give users a FREE 0870 (Normal national rate) fax number; faxes are sent directly to any email address you nominate. The file arrives – normally within a couple of minutes of having been sent - as an attachment in .efx format and with each A4 page being only around 15K it takes seconds to download. The quality is better than on a normal fax machine.
Using the simple eFax Messenger software (380k free download), the fax can be read on screen or printed out to hard copy – no more thermal...

A Luxurious Stay In Vancouver
Review of Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver, Vancouver by
robinwhybrow
Advantages: great work-out space, accommodating staff, spacious rooms
Disadvantages: room service choices too limited
..., weights, and a rowing machine. The pool is small but clean, and the whirlpool is the same. There is a steamroom for men only, and both men's and women's saunas.
BUSINESS FACILITIES: There is a computer with free Internet access for hotel guests, as well as several printers and a fax machine that hotel guests are welcome to use as their own. High speed cable Internet access is available for purchase in guest rooms, and the first three floors of the hotel are set up as a free wireless network for all guests who have their own wireless network cards.
FOOD: Diva, the hotel's restaurant and bar, is certainly a cut above your average overpriced hotel fare. While it is pricy, the quality of the food and the imaginativeness of the dishes render it worth every penny. My favorite time in the lounge is for before-dinner cocktails, sitting...

A good first fax machine
Review of Samsung SF 30 by
mrpaella
Advantages: Very reliable
Disadvantages: Probably outdated by now
...I purchased a Samsung SF30 fax machine from Tempo in October 1996. It cost £190. It seemed to be the next must-have-gadget in your house.
I mainly used the fax for sending copies of my CV to agencies and personnel departments of various companies. The alternative was to go to a local shop, which charged exorbitant prices for usage. All the standard features are available: redial, speed dial, a Mercury button for cheap calls. Unfortunately Mercury soon went out of business.
Sending a 2 page CV would take about 90 seconds. The Baud rate is 9600 bits/second. One disadvantage is that faxes received can only be printed on paper rolls rather than A4 paper. I have only received one fax, which was a job specification.
I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever with this fax machine. Nowadays machines are available which combine photocopier...

eFax.com - Definately the best free fax service
Review of eFax by
vinodgm
Advantages: Free fax number, no need to have a dedicated fax line
Disadvantages: None
...eFax.com is definately the best free fax to e-mail service around today.
I presently have two free fax numbers with them. One is a USA fax number and one is a UK fax number.
Since I do business with some companies in the States it works out cheaper for them to send me faxes on a local USA fax number.
They are incredibly fast. Just to test it out I sent a fax to my own number and checked my e-mail after just 30 seconds and presto it was in my Inbox.
It's really easy to download the viewer from their site.
Another plus point is that you can send this fax as an e-mail to others or save as a file just at the click of a button.
If the person your sending the fax to my e-mail has the software then you send the message as it is. If they don't then you send it with the viewer. It gives you both options.
They have many other...

Got Email - Then get a Free FAX number
Review of eFax by
OhBrother
Advantages: A fantastic and FREE service. Very useful.
Disadvantages: None, I really like it!
...I have been using the FREE fax receiving service for the last 12 months and now can confidently recommend their service to friends, colleagues and CiAO readers too.
I am talking about efax.com not to be confused with efax.co.uk who would appear to charge for a similar service. With efax.com you can register for a 0870 (national rate) number and associate it with your email address.
efax.com also provide some pretty neat viewing software to download, small in size too. But of course this does mean that inbound faxes can only be read with their software, however I have no problem with this.
When you receive an fax it appears as an email with an efax attachment, the reader software contains a micro advert on the splash page. All very usable, indeed I rarely receive faxes on the fax machine now.
The biggest advantage is being able...

How useful is this!!!
Review of eFax.com by
rwsweet
Advantages: Free, enables anyone to have a fax number, even without a machine
Disadvantages: Voicemail service is poor, but who cares?
...eFax.com is a website that will provide you with a free fax number, which can also be used for voicemail if you so desire. You can also upgrade to a paid service which offers more features.
You are given an 0870 (national rate) number. When someone sends a fax to this number the eFax system converts it to a file in their own .efx format and sends it to you as an email attachment. You then open it using the free software they provide you with. It is then possible to print it so it appears just like a normal fax.
The voicemail is less useful, because callers are only allowed a short message, and they hear a tedious 'eFax' advert in an irritating American accent.
All in all, the fax service is extremely useful and easy to use - if you combine it with some fax software so you can *send* faxes as well, you're well away! The voicemail...

Free Fax Machine
Review of eFax by
Kristian
Advantages: Free, convenient
Disadvantages: None experienced
...Yes, its really true. If you have an e-mail account you can also benefit from a fax facility.
All you need to do is sign up with www.yac.com. They will give you a free number - starting 0709 - (and which can also be used for voice calls and an answering service) which can be used for faxes. Your received faxes are sent on to you by e-mail and appear in a .tif file for you to save or print.
The cost of sending faxes is not too high - about the same as calling a mobile phone so it is not prohibitive.
One of the real beauties is that your fax is available 24/7/365 - no need for an extra line!
If you have a fax driver for your PC's modem and a scanner you can completely dispense with the need for a fax machine.
I have used the system for several months now and have found it to be excellent.
Is this the end of fax machines...

I'm a eager beaver when I'm running for my Diva
Review of Diva - Magazine by
justme
Advantages: resourceful,glossy,cheap
Disadvantages: its monthly.
...Way a DIVAn’t kna like!
I’ve been buying this magazine for 3 years now. (well my girlfriend has).
I first came across it when I was left in her flat alone for the first time.
Now I shouldn’t really admit to this, but I was snooping ‘as you do’, I was in the middle of my snoop when I came across this magazine. Imagine my delight, when on the front cover I saw the most beautiful looking woman my eyes had ever come across. That was it, my hunt for any juicy items in my girlfriends flat had stopped, and there was I engrossed in a magazine.
Now this is my magazine of choice, each month I pop into WH Smiths and buy it. 2.25 into the till, and with a funny look from the woman behind the counter I skip-no run out of the shop with a grin on my face.
Why so excited?..I hear you say.
Well my friends, Diva is a magazine edited by lesbians...
