XJ 900 Diversion 1995

Advantages: Genuine all round bike, fun to ride, easy to live with, cheap to run, reliable, good tourer
Disadvantages: Might be a little boring for some of you? Very tall seat.

...OK so i got mine to replace a much bigger/more powerful bike, Honda CB1300 X4 which was starting to eat its electrics and proving hard/expensive to find parts for. So I found a 1995 vintage XJ900 Diversion that had just been brought in and a deal was reached. I have a very clean and tidy motorcycle complete with the official Yamaha Diversion Hard Panniers and a medium sized Shad top box (Big enough for a full faced helmet and a bit more). The bike is not quite standard in that apart from the luggage it has a taller smoked screen fitted (which is nice because I am tall). So on to the ride, I find the bike light to ride and fairly nimble the engine is nice and responsive with a decent amount of torque and that lovely smooth shaft drive. The diversion 900 is a better buy

Advantages: well balanced , superb fairing , robust , reliable
Disadvantages: chain drive train , heavy , high ride height

...at max (legal) speed. Topboxes and sideboxes fit easily to the frame and with the large backseat and double pillion handle grips, your pillion passenger travels in equal comfort. Tho the Diversion 600 may well be an good choice for the starter rider , i personnally would only buy a Diversion 900 , the Chain driven system is replaced with a prop shaft drive which is reliable and smooth and considering the weight, height and size of the bike you may aswell get your moneys worth. To sum up the Diversion is a superb all rounder , a real work horse , but can also be incredible fun to ride , they aren't easy to wheelie , but respond well once you've got the hang of it , and in my years of owning one , apart from usual service requirements, i've never had anything major go wrong with it....

...I was looking for a twin cordless phone set, and bid for this set on Bid TV auction channel. I paid £20 + £6.99 p&p. They were delivered in 5 days to my door. ...Firstly I would like to say I own the O2 exclusive Chrome Samsung D900. Ok now for the review, i will try to lay it out in sections to make it easy to read and understand; 1. Looks- Until recently the looks of a phone was not my top concern, I was more interested in what the thing could actually do!! This Is A Diverse Phone

...would be a good idea to mix them up! The only difference on the wires is that the power wire has a red connector. Flipping it back over there is a BT sign with the little dancing bugler, the name of the phone (Diverse 3010) and the name of the maker (Siemens). Aside from this the base is pretty much plain. Oh, and before I forget; the button is there for those times you loose the handset down the back of the sofa; press it and the handset rings so you can locate it. That's the theory anyway. The Handset: -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* As I've already said I think the handset is a little on the heavy side (165g), which I know, isn't going to make my arm ache but it does make it a little pocket-unfriendly. ...I basicly brought this phone as a cheaper alternitive to the D900 but having said that it is not a bad phone. Sleek in style and did have all the features in a phone that I was looking for, it is not really that different to the D900 apart from it's mermory cap and the fact that the touch key pad is sentive to the touch and juring use of the phone the canel button or call button can be easily caught by accident making over all useage abit of a challenge, texting is mostly what I find difficult as brushing your finger over the cancel button will delete some writen text if not all, thankfully it will not call out if it is in your pocket as the phone will not operate unless it is fully open, it doent have a key lock as such but is key locked if the phone is shut. Camera is good quality for a 2 MP and I am pleased with my pictures...

...The Samsung E900 is a very stylish looking phone, it measures 93x45x16.5 mm, so it is very slim and lightweight, and it is barely noticeable in your pocket. I have mine in black but it also comes in pink, gold and silver I believe. The user interface is intuitive and the menu structure is easily navigated. LG KM900 Arena - An iPhone Rival

Advantages: Good camera, small and light phone. QWERTY keyboard for texting

...I recently upgraded to my new LG KM900 Arena from my current LG KF600 Venus after a bit of an argument with my (now) former provider. I got a great deal from Orange so I'm now the proud owner of the Arena. It's a candybar phone with a completely touch screen interface. I was a bit wary about not having a keypad but this phone is very responsive and I haven't had any trouble so far. My phone has a screen protector on it so it doesn't get scratched and this hasn't affected the way the phone responds to touch.
