A great budget DLP Projector

Advantages: Low price, vivid colour, ease of use and setup
Disadvantages: Resolution could be a bit higher, slight screen-door effect

...I bought this projector for my home cinema system and i have been very impressed with it. For the money, i don't think there is a better projector packed with features and superb ease of use. The picture quality is more than satisfactory for watching DVD's and playing PlayStation games, and i also use it for viewing photos from my PC. More die-hard home cinema enthusiasts may find the resolution not up to scratch, and it does suffer slightly from the screen door effect, but i find the picture excellent. Another obvious benefit is the massive lamp life of 4000 hours, which means it'll be a very long time before it needs changing. I have also found that this projector has one of the cheapest replacement lamp prices around, from just £140. The brightness is brilliant and this projector is so easy to set up and use that anybody could use...

The Classic Nokia 3500

Advantages: Cheap, Design, Useability,

...I have recently purchased the Nokia 3500 Classic (in pink) and thought I'd give you my first thoughts and feelings on the phone. Hopefully I wont have to change my opinions as the phone gets older! The 3500 is a well made phone, and reminds me slightly of the iPhone in appearance (but at a fraction of the cost!) I bought mine from Carphone Warehouse for £69.99, although I did have to purchase £10 credit. The features the 3500 boasts include Bluetooth, MP3 player, Video recorder, PTT (push to talk - like a walkie talkie) and 2MP camera. The quality of the camera is not quite as clear as previous Sony Ericssons I've had - but it does the job when you're on the go. The simple layout of the 3500 is very simple to use and understand - which I think is common with Nokias. The screen resolution is quite low compared to other phones...

Its now not my main keyboard but is still regularly used. Styling and cosmetics The design and styling of the keyboard is a little cheap looking. It feels very plastic and light. A feature of expensive keyboards is their heaviness. Probably not a good indicator of their quality although many would say the same thing! Advantages: 64-bit future proofed, speedy, excellent value for money
Disadvantages: Dual core AMD 64 CPUS are faster... but hey it would make this CPU cheaper so it's not all bad!

...Intel's Pentium 4 CPU pipeline length is 30. A longer pipeline lets CPUs be clocked at higher speeds, but this generally causes performance problems. You see, CPUs like to predict what future instructions will become available and the longer the pipeline, the further ahead the prediction is. If a CPU gets an instruction prediction wrong, it has to retrace its steps and correct the incorrect prediction/s that it made. With Intel's CPU, the long pipeline leads to the CPU backtracking a lot more than AMD's CPU, and that time spent backtracking means AMD's CPU can get up to twice as much done in the same time. Well, in you understood that then you should understand that this AMD Athlon 64 3500+ CPU is a rather fast CPU by AMD. A very efficient, cool running the silent CPU, in my opinion it is a great CPU worth the money asked for it...
