The dog is well-trained.

It is utterly charmless, unfunny and hackneyed.

...Pudsey the dog is a loveable London stray, who is quite happy on his own until he meets Molly and her younger brothers, George and Tommy. They take him home and he stows away in the moving van when they move to the tiny village of Chuffington with their mum. There is plenty of benign slapstick to amuse under-tens.

It's predictable, bland and the main character isn't very likeable.

...-natured, unselfconscious and totally oblivious to potential embarrassment. So I felt sorry for him because he bears the brunt of his friend?s selfishness. Greg?s older brother Rodrick provides much of the comedy by being dim-witted and over-confident. Youngest sibling Manny doesn?t fare much better ? washing his hands with a urinal cake and eating dog food. But it would appear the apple doesn?t fall far from the tree...

One for dog lovers only

...Every middle-aged singleton loves a pet. Men prefer dogs because they don't answer back and great for meeting girls with those walks in the park, but the girls preferring the company of their pussies home alone (sorry, I couldn't resist), something that's appreciative and purrs in response to her feminine touch.
