GOOD IN SMALL DOSES..

Disadvantages: CAN CAUSE INSOMNIA

This product does give a boost of energy which means you can react quickly but then a disadvantage of the product is it can cause insomnia. I personally think this product is ok I wouldn't recommend drinking excess amounts of it though and, its good in small doses, and it does taste lovely with vodka but like I said it can have dangerous side effects....

They are a good source of anti oxidants which means they may help to prevent hardening of the arteries. They also have Potassium and vitamin C.
