...I enjoy the product; Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. I have been using this product consistently for the past year. I feel that it is a great moisturizer and works particularly well in collaboration with with other Clinique daily products. It smoothes my skin and prevents dry skin, I particularly use it on my face. The smell is average, it does not particularly smell perfumed but for a face lotion it is a desired smell. It is quickly absorbed by the skin and does not make skin too oily or greasy. It is a well known and trusted brand and I would suggest it as a worthwhile product to invest in. One concern I have about it is it's spout and packaging - I find that it does not affectively pump as well as other lotion bottles do. The particular version is am reviewing is the original lotion. All Clinique products come packaged in their green boxes with silve writing and the Clinique logo on the front. The lotion is available as 4.2 fl oz and is provided in a plastic, transparent, rectangle bottle, with a small silver cap on the top of it. YOu can see directly though to the contents on a light yellow moisturiser. Using this particular version, I don't find that you waste a lot at all, as when you remove the lid, it is quite difficult for the contents to come flowing out so you have to give it a little shake to actually get t come out. Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturiser

...I have been using this for years (my daughter who is 21 now does so too) It is extremely light but it seems to penetrate the skin without feeling "heavy" . Your make up stays on top very well. I can't say a bad word against it. I exercise regularly and again it feels great to put onto the face after a hot shower. It is maybe a bit more expensive than a regular moisturiser but a little seems ot go a long way. Clinique often have promotions on if you buy two of their products then you can get a "sample set" of certain items. The Dramatically Different Moisturiser is often included in the sample items. I find this useful for travelling and I have on occasion used the sample to top up my large container....

I have always viewed Clinique as an upmarket product and one that is known to have a very good reputation. It is more expensive than other makeup and skin care ranges but I always hear good things about it and that it actually works so sometimes it is worth paying more for something that produces results. ...I have been obsessing over the brand of clinique since July and was extrememly excited about recieving this in my stocking for christmas. After only a month of use I have never been so pleased with a product. Clinique have described their moisturing lotion and the a moisture "drink" for the skin. It was developed with the goal of maintaining the skins optimal moisture balance and hydrated skin looks smoother and healthier but is also better abled to function as a barrier. Dramatically Generic

Advantages: I'm struggling here...
Disadvantages: Cheap formula, too oily for combination skin, doesn't moisturise well

Essentially, when looking at the list of ingredients, this is a blend of water, petroleum (so Vaseline), some cheap oils and some Methylparaben thrown in as a preservative. I suspect that the reason this has so many rave reviews from people is that they use it in partnership with the 3 step routine, while I was only using step 1 and 3. The step 2 involves using a Clarifying Lotion which I have tried and found it very harsh, so I suspect that this strips the skin of its natural oils so that they can be replaced with the oils in the Dramatically Different Moisturiser. A good quality product should not rely on being used with others and should demonstrate its effects when used alone. For a product that costs £14.68 for 50ml, this is a very poor quality and disappointing moisturizer. You're better off sticking to much...

A DRAMATIC DIFFERENCE

.../Oily Combination. Ideally this moisturiser is used as part of their 'Three Step-system', after cleansing with their bar soap and then toning with their Clarifying Lotion. I have not tried all three steps so far, but might. The Clinique salespeople will advise you on which formula is are best for your particular skin type, especially if you have problems of various kinds. All Clinique's products are allergy tested. PERFORMANCE I apply Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion after using any vegetable bar soap (sorry Clinique and beauticians everywhere) and (occasionally) toning with what's left of any Body Shop's Vitamin E toner. Dramatically Different or Surprisingly Similar ?

I mean, for a start the ladies that work on these counters normally look like Barbie?s mother (but normally dressed more like Barbie?s daughter) and are wearing that much makeup, you?re not sure what they really look like underneath. They used to intimidate / anger me ? I always felt like they were looking at me and wanting to gently push me in the direction of the cheaper brands ?I think you?ll find what you are looking for here love?? DIFFERENT...BUT NOT DRAMATICALLY

...I think this Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion is probably the bread and butter of Clinique's skin care line. The pretty bottles of moisturiser fly off the shelves every day, and the public can't seem to live without them. I received this cute miniature bottle of moisturising lotion as a free sample, and enthusiastically gave it a try, well several tries, and I admit I started off as a huge fan. There's something about the square bottle of yellow lotion of Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion that looks really retro and funky. Though I'd never purchased it, it's a familiar bottle that probably everyone has seen at a Clinique counter or in a magazine ad. In fact Clinique boasts in the booklet included that a bottle of this yellow moisturiser is sold every 3 seconds worldwide. Pretty amazing...

It treats your skin, to everything it needs. It firms your skin aswell as moisturising it to give you a fresh feeling it also gives you a healthy glow to ensure you look at your best. The texture is not too thick and so it is easy to apply. It moisturises deep into your skin however it does clog the pores and cause imperfections. It is suitable for all skin types even those with sensitive skin, that is the reason i was attracted to this product.
