Nice Drill, shame about the bits

Advantages: Excellent all-round tool, easy to use, not too expensive and even I can use it.
Disadvantages: Cheap screwdriver bits let down an otherwise great product

...to fathom torque control, and a hammer drill funtion for those tricky solid bits that need holes in them. There is also a superb little feature at the back end of this drill - a tiny spirit level, so you can see just how wonky the hole you were going to drill would have been. There is also a second battery pack, so you dont run out of power in the middle of a job. The only complaint I have about this tool is the poor quality of the two scewdriver bits supplied with the drill - one of these bent the first time I used the drill. It seems a shame to attempt to ruin what is otherwise an excellent tool with a little penny-pinching. Overall, an excellent and easy-to-use tool, which I would recommend to anyone - a snip at less than £80.00...

Two drills in one hand is worth the one hundred you pay

The one downfall with these drills is the changing of ?bits? whilst your in a trick positon, such as high up a ladder fitting an alarm box or the like. Advantages: Cordless, Quick Charging, Good Features

..., most were beyond my budget. I was shocked at how much you could pay for a drill. I'm sure a bit of flint would have been cheaper... but one particular drill stood out from the rest. Sleek in it's styling and silver in colour it stood out from the olive-drab and oranges of it's siblings. It offered everything I could want from a cordless drill; a 12v motor, quick charge (1hr) battery, keyless chuck, two-speed gearing with hammer action, charge remaining indicator, adjustable clutch for control when driving screws and to top it all off, a level indicator! All of this in a slim-line silver drill, complete with sturdy carry-case. Advantages: Reliable, easy to use, quick recharge, two speed, 13mm keyless chuck, forward/reverse facility, many different torque settings. Meant for Industrial use.
