Advantages: small, powerful, comfortable, reliable, led lights, led indicators
Disadvantages: not as many bits as I'd have liked also would have liked a lock function

...at most angles. Changing the rotation is just a thumb movement so you don't need a second hand or even need to release the grip. Whether its tightening or loosening is shown with a little green led which shows which direction the driver is turning (in or out). This I found very useful. Something which would have been useful on larger drills. It also has this incredibly useful work light under the bit. This shines a concentrated light on the spot where you are pointing the driver meaning you can see those pesky screw heads even in the darkest cupboards or engine bays. It feels like it will run forever which is useful because I have a million more jobs for it! Superb bit (pun intended) of kit!...

I purchased a Canon Ixus 330 about a year and a half ago and as part of the package, you are supplied with one re-chargeable battery, a Canon NB-1LH. It is a Lithium Ion Battery, which are ideal for mobile devices, much lighter than earlier made batteries, more environmentally friendly for disposal and they do not forget they are charged...(yes I didnt realise batteries were forgetful either!!!) A lot of the digital Canon range (including my camera) doesnt have a battery indicator so it is highly recommended that you carry a spare battery with you. Therefore before I went on my jolly holidays I popped into Jessops and bought a Jessops branded NB-1LH. This I think cost me £15, about £10 cheaper than the Canon battery. I then made it my rule...

Makita drill for the enthusiastic DIYer.

Advantages: Light, Small, Durable, Cheap and Very Reliable
Disadvantages: Lack of power for bigger jobs.

Makita have always been a big name in the world of D.I.Y.ing tools and contimue to make tools that last and last and perform to fairly good standards. These drivers are used as lightweight alternatives to the more expensive combination drills and if all you require is a cheapish drill for home usage or general small construction then this is the drill for you. Unfortunately your not going to get any sort of real power out of the \'green\' makita range as its known as these are intentienly aimed at D.I.Y.ers, you do have enough to drill small planks and boards but you can forget about drilling anything harder as their simply is not enough torque or amp power to get you anywhere. ...This lithium ion battery offers a long lasting video recording time for your cam recorder . It has the looks , the shape and the price as all other batteries and it is easy to use , just put it in the place for battery like the sketch shows on the camcorder . It is better and more of a high quality then the one that comes with the camera . Also by recycling it you can save the surronding enviroment . I reccomend also buying a new charger for the battery , because in my case the one that came with the cam recorder has let me down after two weeks from when i bought the camera. it just didn't want to charge the battery. what else should is say... it is just a normal battery...
