Advantages: Wireless, dont have to get up to turn on/off console Disadvantages: Runs on battteries so you need a plug and charge kit really
...of a button on the controller and we have one of the best pads on the market.
It may not be as comfortable as the PS2 or PS3 pads in my opinion but it does fit very well into your hands and feels quite natural (if thats possible). The buttons are all in easy to access spots so you shouldn't have any problems using combinations of buttons, with the trigger buttons working very well in driving games with them being pressure sensitive.
The batteries dont last a massive amount of time but a plug and charge kit soon sorts that problem.
Overall one of the best controllers out there....
Advantages: Clickpad control, PS3 compatibility, Plug and Play Disadvantages: A bit expensive for a keyboard...but still worth the money
...'t own a console myself, but with my Windows XP MCE based machine and my Vista Ultimate laptop it really was plug and play - just pop the dongle into the USB port and pair it with the keyboard using the red buttons (the button on the keyboard is secreted inside the battery compartment, for reference).
The keys offer a decent, resounding tactile response - far removed from the rubbery efforts usually found on ultra portable keyboards and remote controls. Whilst I'm sure that nobody would fancy typing a 50,000 word dissertation on this, it's absolutely spot on for smaller chunks of text - including this review! :D
The touchpad is a nice addition, and whilst it's unlikely that it'll get much use in my setup as a touch pad it's handy to have the facility should it be needed. Much more useful in the HTPC setup is the ability to flick a switch...
Advantages: Great layout, comfortable and easy to use. Disadvantages: Confusing marketing, crappy D-pad. (wires)
...Refinement:
The Xbox 360 wired controller is a refined version of the original Xbox controller S. Taking design hints from the Gamecube controller it was smaller and more ergonomic than the original black brick that was the original design, making it more appealing to a Japanese audience, the pad was so well received they brought it over to the US and Europe.
Looks:
The Xbox 360 wired controller is a stylish white with a grey band on the underside of the controller. The face buttons are green, red, yellow and blue matching that of the original Xbox design. There is a metallic Xbox button surrounded by a green glowing ring of light in the centre of the controller, which has four quadrants one of which lights up depending on your player number. The analogue sticks and D-pad are grey as is the cord. The pad will look fine just...
Advantages: Separated keys; very nice to type on, very nice to look at (doh!) Disadvantages: None really
...I've just purchased the Apple Snow Leopard Mac Box Set from my local Apple authorised service provider, and decided to buy an Apple keyboard with it. The Apple keyboard is priced around £28.00 - and no matter what keyboard I try I can type the fastest with this keyboard due to the separated keys. Very quiet key stroke during operation and just very pleasant to use. The keyboard enclosure is made from aluminium and even without being too close to the keyboard you can smell the aluminium when you first open the product, but the smell soon wares off. Nothing bad or anything - just saying! I actually purchased the keyboard without the numeric keypad - but you can purchase one with or without the numeric keypad usually at the same price.
The keyboard's caps lock has an LED light on the top left corner to denote the obvious, and you have to...

Review of Apple keyboard
Advantages: Great for gaming and media Disadvantages: Need to install drivers and for some features you need Windows Vista
...Intro
I recently built my own pc and I wanted a decent keyboard, which would meet my gaming needs. When I bought this keyboard I was pleasantly surprised by its appearance. The fact that it is designed like a wave is extremely clever. Not only does it make the keyboard look great but it is better designed for your hands as they fit comfortably into the wave shape. The keyboard also has many other buttons which can be used for internet operations and for controlling the windows vista operating system. For example the Windows Vista 3D flip (which can only be used with Windows Vista Home Premium, Business and Ultimate.) This can be very helpful as many of these operations can be complex and can take a lot longer without it.
Design
This system has been designed with comfort in mind, the padded bottom of the keyboard makes for better...
...This is a good quality keyboard that offers good value for money in the short term. Although as with most electronic products, the value will deteriorate over time and should be anle to get a cheaper version next year. It incorporates most of the latest features and technology that is currently available on the market.
The consumer will have to spend a short period of self-training in order to become fully acquainted with using the product. This can be achieved fairly efficiently by making reference to the guide/instructions that comes in the box.
After using this product for a few months I have not so far come up against any reliability issues but only time will tell. I therefore have to recommend the product....
Advantages: robust, feature packed, incredibly useful, stylish Disadvantages: large, expensive, replaced by an inferior model
...What's the difference between a standard keyboard and a gaming keyboard? Well, in this case, a honking great big LCD, 18 programmable macro keys, two USB ports and a bright-LED backlight!
The Logitech G15 is marketed as a Gamers keyboard when in fact, I think it would be more accurately described as a multipurpose keyboard. I don't really call myself a huge gamer - probably only clocking about 5 hours a week - however I bought this keyboard anyway, with the impression that it would help improve my general computer experience. This keyboard has perhaps been my most useful purchase to date.
Style
Even by the small thumbnail picture, it's evident that this keyboard really is one of a kind. For starters, it appears to have twice as many buttons as a traditional keyboard, and it does! As well as the full range of characters...
Advantages: Saves money over disposables Disadvantages: Bulky
...When I started breastfeeding I bought the Johnson & Johnson disposable pads. They were great, but at close to £3 for a 15 day (maximum) supply, were getting expensive. After doing some research on the net I discovered that washable pads were available. I bought a pack of 6 Avent pads at Boots for £4.99.
They are made of a soft material with a waterproof backing & have a lacy side which aswell as looking a bit more feminine serves the purpose of 'gripping' the inside of your bra to make them more secure. They come with a small net in which to wash them so that they don't get lost among your laundry (vital if you don't want one whizzing out your sleeve in public when you take your freshly washed cardigan etc off!). I've been breastfeeding for 3 months now & there's no telling how much money I've saved. Since they are not tapered...
Advantages: Good Multimedia Keys, Flat Desgin, Very Easy to Type. Disadvantages: Need's OS X Tiger with the latest update or higher, No good on Windows.
...This Apple Keyboard has to be one of the best Apple have ever made. First of with the design, Taking after the Mac Book Keyboard style, it feels like typing on Laptop Keyboard. Typing is very quick and easy. The Keyboard is VERY thin and so it's very easy to move around but will stay where it's put.
The Keyboard also has multimedia Keys. These Keys work on OS X good and will work on Windows with Boot Camp Drivers. The Keyboard it self works Plug and Play in Windows but only the standard stuff work.
The Keyboard has Brightness, Exposé, Dashboard, Track skip, Pause/Play, Mute, Volume Keys and a Eject Button.
The Keyboard being so small does suffer from a small "L Enter Key" however I haven't found this to be a problem.
The Keyboard also comes with 2 USB 2.0 Ports on the Left and Right hand side. In trying these they haven...

Review of Apple keyboard
Advantages: Comfortable for a normal layout keyboard, silent Disadvantages: Required software installation to work under Windows XP
...I have recently bought the Logitech Wave cordless set, and I can say it's a big leap forwards for qwerty keyboards in terms of comfort and functionality.
It's a comfortable keyboard for those who do not want to take the time to learn a new layout.
Frankly, I was about to buy a true ergonomic keyboard, one of those with seemingly weird layouts, since this one doesn't look all that different from normal keyboards, but the media keys won me over, and I'm glad they did. This thing is truly comfortable.
I first tested the set under the Ubuntu 7.04 OS. It worked right out of the box, but obviously the media keys aren't configured to do anything. I'll check what signal they send to the pc and use beryl to execute proper actions. Shouldn't be too hard.
Installing it under Windows XP required a software installation. It lasted for about 1/4th...
