...of the entire unit if you are playing what you are recording at the same time at a high level, the unit (as it is hollow) picks up the sound vibrations quite badly and you get a bassy hum on your recordings, so make sure you have the output volume on your speakers low, use headphones, or turn off the sound when recording. The unit has four sping loaded feet to minimise skipping due to any knocks or shakes while playing, but these are terrible and the slightest knock on the table or surface you put the unit on will result in a skip on your vinyl, so make sure you put it on something uber solid or where absolutely nothing will disturb it! The profile pro has both 33 & 45 RPM settings, so you can play all types of records and it also has a stop buton that will raise the needle arm and put it back in its place as well as stopping the revolutions...

Dual Sharpener

...upon the Benefit Dual Sharpener. Benefit cosmetics are one of my favourite cosmetic brands and I use a number of their products and their little sharpener is brilliant. It's called a dual sharpener as it has two places in which to sharpen your pencils, a big hole and a little hole. The big eye shadow pencil fits in perfectly and you only need a couple of turns to get that nice sharp point back to the pencil. The same can be said for the smaller pencils too, you do not need to sharpen it much to get it looking and working nice again. The sharpener is black and plastic and fairly basic. It has the word Benefit written on it. The blades are well tucked inside the plastic so you will not cut yourself on it if you are fiddling about in your makeup bag trying to find it.
