Advantages: Relatively inexpensive, Very easy to use
Disadvantages: Not the best quality (2.0 mega pixels), Limited features

...Before I start I'll clarify that the Digital Camcorder I am reviewing is the Mustek DV2032 - as far as I am aware this is just the newer model of the DV2000 therefore I'm hoping the review is in the right category! Review of Mustek DV 2000

LG 22LH2000. Satisfyingly adequate

Advantages: Connectivity, Weight, Price
Disadvantages: Build quality

...concerned about was connectivity because I have a number of digital cameras that have HDMI connections, a VCR and DVD player that connect via SCART and an S-Video to Composite Video output from my PC for when I want to use a second monitor. The 22LH2000 has 2 x SCART sockets (of which one is RGB), 1 x HDMI, 1 x Coax aerial, 1 x VGA monitor socket, an audio input and a set of Composite Video sockets. For the sake of experimentation (and nothing else) I did try plugging my PC into the VGA socket and the TV functions perfectly well as a monitor, with a maximum resolution of 1360 x 760 pixels. The quality of the display was more than adequate ? although a little less crisp than my Emprex monitor. I?m sure I could fine tune this if it was ever going to become a permanent arrangement. Too many gimmicks or the real HP?

Advantages: Light, sytlish, fast, dual core

HP Pavilion dv5

Advantages: Good quality laptop, great appearance

...A well designed, high quality affordable laptop, the HP pavilion dv5 doesn't fail to please in looks, performance or price. In terms of look and design, flashy is a good word for it. It has a glossy black case which shines in the light, then you open it. The keyboard-surround is split horizontally: the bottom half is very light silver with a white check pattern, and the upper half perforated silver plastic. Around the edge of the laptop, there is a chrome-effect strip which sparkles and shimmers. Even the mouse pad has a finish that is so reflective you can see your face in it. This is the 'bling-bling' of the laptop world. It also feels pretty solid, I don't think you would be able to break it easily and I have faith in it's durability and robustness. Grecian 2000 Foam

Advantages: amazing natural blond colour of my youth
Disadvantages: smell whilst re-applying - only 2-3 days a fortnight

...I have used Grecian 2000 for about 15 years. I now use the foam. I find I need more that "3" golf balls of foam, and I make sure it is well absorbed to the roots. Regarding what was written on a previous review that it takes so long on first application and that one cannot wash one's hair all that time... It is true that perhaps the first application needs a longer time for the change to take effect. However after that it is only a question of once a fortnight for 2, maybe 3, days. (Or, alternatively every week for a day - 2 days). I also find that the process CONTINUES after applying even though I have washed it all out, so it is better to underdo rather than overdo the application.. What is worth noting is that perhaps being blond, the process is quicker (than that of black hair, for example). I don't remember needing to...

Review of Collection 2000 Foundation

Pioneer DV525 or DV535

Advantages: Cheap, good picture and sound, multi region(if chipped),Plays all CD's

...I couldnt find a place to write about the Pioneer DV-535, but as the only difference between the two models is that the DV-535 is black and the DV-525 is silver & doesn't have an optical out. This seemed as good a place as any. I have read some reviews on this site and others, and like most people did a fair bit of research on forums etc. This is a very good DVD player for the money. I brought a multi region one from richer sounds for £207 including 3 years warranty.
