The band comes in 4 different colours based upon the user?s choice. You Can Do So Much With An Elastic Band!

Advantages: Short Work-outs, easy to follow, dyna-band included, good for beginners, you can purchase different dyna-bands to increase the difficulty of the workout, dyna-band is good for those coming back to exercise after an injury (rehabilitation).
Disadvantages: The 'cool down' could be improved, day three seems much harder than the other days.

If it glitters it is gold

Advantages: Takes you back to your mis-spent youth

Overall, this is a great value amp at £200, it hasn't failed me yet, and no doubt it will go on for many years to come. The new series of Fender's Dyna-Touch solid state amps have replaced the old line, but most of the models have similar updates. Basically, they've got a few extras to make them look a bit more like vintage Fenders, and thay sound a bit better (questionable)....
