Sansa e280- cheaper alternative to the iPod?

Advantages: Size, 8GB memory, great menu system, EQ, Photo function, music sorting
Disadvantages: Video quality, album art function is lacking

...The Sansa e280 is a fantastic little MP3 player on first impressions. The player is stylish, and has a fantastic menu layout. However I must get the small amount of flaws out of the way first; the videos lack quality and are fuzzy, so if you want this especially for videos, maybe look at a Creative or an iPod. Also, album art is a bit tricky to add, which may be my computer's problem but I've seen other people online have a problem with it too. Apart from that, this product is superb. With it's 8GB of memory, a large music library can be added to it and taken around stylishly. Also, it has a nice photo function, and the photos look very high quality. All in all, it's a fantastic MP3 player in my opinion, just some niggling things that don't make it as fully accomplished as an iPod. But if you are looking for a cheaper alternative, go...

My Car - Mercedes E280 T Estate

Advantages: Smooth Drive, Service Warranty excellent, Comfortable and the engineering is top notch
Disadvantages: Interior a bit plain

...a Mercedes second hand and have run it into the ground over the past three years, without any problems at all. I then managed to get hold of the Mercedes E280 T Estate and it is a fantastic car. The German manufacturing process is unrivalled. The fuel consumption is roughly 40 MPG. The ride is smooth and the car is spacious enough to get a double bed in, which I have done. It is also great for dogs in the back which we have 2, and they are contented to just sit and look out of the windows whilst travelling with space to move around. The vision is great all around and the car is powerful to get you away from the lights without being left behind in a cloud of smoke. A TOUCH OF CLASS

Advantages: Roomy, Classy, Prestigious.
Disadvantages: Expensive, Fuel consumption

...My father brought the E280 Avantgarde in 2001, the face lifted version. We chose metallic brilliant silver (just like everyone else!!) with grey leather. The options we opted for was the Sat Nav, Heated seats, Parkatronic, C.D changer and Climate Control. From the outside, the face lifted version gave the car a sleeker look, it's more stylish, especially with the new colour style lights. It also looks little less conserative now, lovely as I love the car but don't want to look like a old man. Soon as you step inside the car you know this car is solid as a rock, well put together and the interior oozes quality. The leather has that quality look, feel and smell to it. The seats are comfortable, with partial electronic adjustments. The dash is clear and logically laid out, though this design has been going on for many years now...

Sony Ericsson T280i: Simply Great Features at a Great Price

Advantages: Good value for money, reliable, plenty of extra features
Disadvantages: Picture messaging doesn't work on O2, only 10MB (non-expandable) memory

...Last week I bought myself a Sony Ericsson T280i (to replace my 6 year-old T610) for £19.10 at the Carphone Warehouse. Not that I'm plugging them, but this was a really good bargain, as I already had an 02 sim card I didn't need to pay the extra £10 top-up fee, so if anyone is in-store try to find a friendly assistant who will deal with this for you and save you a bit of money, because I don't believe you can do this ordering online. Right, down to the phone. I was lucky enough that they had the pink and silver version in stock (much prettier, I think, than the black & grey), and apparently these phones come already unlocked, though I haven't yet tried it with another sim (personally I have no need to at the moment). Kodak DC 280 Superb

Advantages: Easy to use, superb quality pictures
Disadvantages: spare set of charged batteries need to be carried.

...I purchased a Kodak DC 280 camera in June and have found it to be easy to use and capable of producing excellent pictures. Anyone would be able to use it very quickly. The only criticisms have been stated as 'heavy on batteries' and 'heavy to hold' whilst this is true, the latter is, I think, an advantage; it is much easier to hold the camera still which is essential when taking indoor pictures without flash. It also seems more substantial and well made that feather-light cameras. It is heavy on batteries if you use the viewing window and forget to turn it off. But I feel the batteries do last a fair time. They charge quite quickly but it would be an advantage to carry a spare set. My camera came with 8 MB card (which only holds 12 pictures at best quality) but it is possible to purchase cards at double this capacity...

...I bought my Samsung E900 a few years ago now for around £80. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and this phone was exactly that - quite good looking with pretty basic features. ~~~ Looks / Style ~~~ I was looking through a catalogue at all the various phones and this appeared to be one of the best looking without being too expensive. When I finally got it I was just as pleased with it looking at it for real as I was when looking at it in the catalogue.
