My review on Samsung SGH-E310c

Advantages: VGA camera, Photo Caller ID, High quality internal LCD, lot goodies, GOOD looking design, 2service lights, improved button
Disadvantages: Poor text input, poor battery life, poor messaging, slow system menu, poor external screen, breaking volume, slow camera, memory not so big.

...This is my review on the Samsung E310C - that comes with Chinese input....thanks all for reading. THE PHONE PACKAGE *The phone package comes with a phone, user guide, standard battery, finger strap and warranty cards. * The hand strap has been replaced by finger strap...it is a ring like strap that you can put in your finger? but can't work like a keychain...i later use back my hand strap from other model, cost the ring keep hitting the phone upper body. actually i never know that ring is for finger, cost it look like keychain....now i know when i need to write this review...and before you put it in, you may need to know it bit hard to take it out for this new strap. * There is a 18 months of warranty in our country, kind of nice for a extra 6 months...IF you are those "terrible" users:-) THE PHONE LOOKS * this phone look...

E330 - the future of E310

Advantages: Fast, powerful, durable, 24/7
Disadvantages: Software instability, Expensive software, looks

...Toshiba e310, is consequently E330 with few improvements like extra 32MB memory and a 300mhz CPU instead of 206Mhz on e310. overall looks and afeel is the same. I have to say straight away, - This is a greatest PDA, or should I say Pocket Computer I?ve had so far. The Design, well, it Is quite stylish, by means of being very thin, light. But. The could be some alterations done to the design, so it would be easier to hold it, and more innovative and imaginative style with some smooth lines or something. Apart from this I see it was designed Bold, for professional use. GUI interface and navigation. I have seen many OS for PDA?s, SUCH AS Palm, Epoc 32, etc. But as the most are equipped with Windows ® installed on then, having Pocket PC with Windows 2002 has it?s great benefits and potential. Advantages: Handy telephone with remote access answering machine
Disadvantages: Was quite expensive compared to models available these days

I've searched high and low on the net but couldn't find this model for sale anymore which leads me to believe that it's not obsolete, I have a feeling (but am not 100% sure so please don't shoot me if I'm wrong) that it's been renamed from Response 310 to Decor 310 which retails from BT at around £25. ABOUT THE UNIT ITSELF The phone has 3 different ring settings: loud (be warned this is really quite loud), medium and silent (for when you want to ignore the world). There's a 15 number memory facility where you can programme in your most used numbers. There's a cool digital answering machine, i.e. no tape required, which is probably not so cool these days as it's quite commonplace. You can record and save your own outgoing message (which is a nightmare for me as I record...

...Garmin Nuvi 310 is an excellent piece of kit for people looking for affordable compact navigator with lot of features. Features Navigation I have bought UK maps preloaded, and the navigation menu provides options to go to an address or search from custom POI list, like Food, Fuel, Lodging, Intersections, Attractions, Shopping, Parking, Entertainment, Recreation etc. It also gives options to search a custom POI nearest to a location/address which I find very usefull, if you want to check facilities available at an address where you are going. Bluetooth Integration Using bluetooth you can take calls on Garmin and it has got good speaker + built in microphone, also a dial pad to dial directly from Garmin touch screen. Please do not use this feature while driving as this is dangerous and risky as it can distract the driver...

...This phone was given to me free from a friend because he done away with his land-line and now only uses his mobile. At first I thought he was taking the **** , why would someone just give me such a nice sweet looking phone. Anyhow he wasn't and now its mine. The base is small (17 cm long, 15cm wide and 5cm deep). The model that I have got is blue with a silver face around the screen. BT decor 310 is clearly marked at the top. There are 3 buttons and a D-pad on it as well. Button 1 has a picture of a pencil on it and has enter marked next to it. Button two has a picture of a phone and last but not least the Third button has a picture of a book on it, with exit written next to it. ...I bought my Clicksmart 310 from ebay recently and am very pleased with the overall performance. For the price you pay, you cannot expect a state of the art digital camera, but for use as a web cam, its performance is very good. Digital camera pictures are ok for use on a web site, and if taken in good lighting situations, but performance degrades with indoor use in poor light. The camera is powered by 4 AAA batteries for camer use, and draws power via its USB lead when connected to a PC. As a web cam, its performance is excelent in Yahoo Messenger. The software installation was a dream and only took a couple of minutes under XP Pro.
