...After coming to the end of my current contract with 3 on an LG phone, I decided to 'shop around'. As money is tight (isn't it always), I decided on e2save.com. I looked at the phones they had on offer but to tell you the truth I was not that much impressed, so I decided to check things out. I rang up e2save and asked them if I purchased a contract with them for 12 months, would their sim card work in a different phone - as long as the phone was unlocked or to same network - oh yes they advised. Right, decided - lets do it. At the time, I was looking at an offer on a Nokia 6300 for £1.99 for 9 months and 3 month at £30 - so over all it wasn't too bad - for this I got £400 mins and 300 texts a month on O2 or Orange. ...STEER CLEAR of e2save at all costs. I purchased a mobile from them in August 2007 and asked for my old number to be transferred. When the phone was delivered it had the new number so I sent it back as I was told by e2save that they would have to cut the phone off in order to transfer the old number across and that this would take 10 working days. As this was too much of an inconvenience, I told them to cancel the contract and I would just buy a phone from the carphone warehouse. I returned the phone within the returns period but then started to receive bills from O2. When I contacted e2save I was evetually - after dozens of calls to them - able to discover that they had not logged the phone as being returned, but had still managed to sell it on to another customer. ...I was claiming my 2nd cashback with E2Save. I changed my bill address to my future address but forgot that I need to notify E2Save about it too. Alright, this is my fault. But when I received the reject letter from them, it was 13th June Friday night due to some unforeseen circumstances and the redemption period ends on 17th June according to my E2Save account. That means I have only MONDAY 16th JUNE to deal with things before I loose my 88 pounds. If I can change my address I can send the claim that same day with Special Delivery and still eligible for the claim when my letter is received the next day, 17th June. Therefore I called E2Save this morning, 16TH JUNE to change my cashback address but was told that I need to write in or fax to them. ...I ordered a phone from e2save a couple of months ago because they seemed to have the best deals. I ordered a clearance phone. As this means it is a phone someone has sent back there was a wait of one to two weeks. This was OK as my PAC code would still be valid in that time. 7 weeks, and three phone calls later, I had not received my phone. The first time I rang apparently the system was down. The second time, I was told my order had been cancelled! After being bullied slightly by a pushy salesperson, I was convinced to reorder. Except the tariff had now been changed by the network and so the monthly bills would be higher. My PC code had also expired so I would have to have a new number. Looking back, I shouldn't have let myself be persuaded. I ordered the phone for the next day, when it should have been delivered before 1pm...

...Well my hunt for a new partner has ended after many months. I am now the owner of a sexy small dark Sony Ericsson T68 mobile phone. I have actually bought three phones in total, but have had to return two because of various reasons they did not work. First of all I had a Nokia 3410, but I couldn?t get a decent signal in my area and then a Ericsson T200 which I simply did not like because of its poor quality. Neither of these two where from e2save. I did not fancy paying £300 plus for a decent handset for my Pay and Go sim card, so my hunt started for a cheap contract phone with o2 as this is the only network that works up were I live next to the North Pole. ...This is a quick summary for people who may be looking to sign up for a new contract/ phone from e2save. DONT, GET YOUR HEAD CHECKED FOR JUST THINKING ABOUT IT! E2save, to sum up has gone down hill very fast recently. I have been with e2save for just under 3 years, the first year was fine, little problems regarding porting into e2save and no problems with cash back either on a 12 months contract. So happy with my experience, I decided to stay with e2save, however this time it wasn't as straightforward. As far as I know e2save used to trade independly to carphone warehouse which it is owned by, however after 2006 it began to take much more of an active role in it running, partly due to its great success. But this meddling was its downfall, they changed the directors, changed staff, moved offices, changed all the cash back terms...
