Olympus E-10 Great Value 2nd Hand

Advantages: Good picture quality, feature packed.
Disadvantages: Heavy, lens not inerchangable.

The specifications of the E-10 speak for themselves and it is an excellent camera, with a reasonable 4x zoom lens , fully manual controls, and all the advantages of SLR photography.It is however a little slow to write to a normal CFcard ,this can be improved by using a fast CFcard of the professional type for example a 12x or even 40x CFcard. E10 OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Advantages: Super clear prints and so similar to an SLR the transition is easy
Disadvantages: Price/size but will not worry an enthusiast.

Olympus TCON-14B A must have for the E-10 or E-20

Advantages: converts 4x to 6x zoom, well made
Disadvantages: must be used at full telephoto

...This is a conversion lens for the Olympus E-10 and E-20.There are not many lens accessories for the E-10 just a couple of mid range conversion lenses and one giant 300mm lens, for bird watchers. I recently bid for a TCON 14B on auction site and am very pleased with it considering I got it for less than half price(£75), I am not sure if I would have been so impressed if I had paid the full £220 for it. Its a good lens but when you consider it only adds 1.5 to the lens power £220 is a lot to pay. Having said that the extra zoom does make a difference, giving 6x as opposed to 4x, which is a useful addition. There are a couple of drawbacks with this lens which are not advertised in the publicity for this it, which is understandable I suppose, but it is a bit of a surprise if you are not fully informed before you buy the lens. Good quality earphones at a very competitive price

Advantages: Long cable (may be a disadvantage to some), nice and comfy fit, good sound quality

I like that they sit easily in my ears, my ears haven't become sore or irritated and I don't have a problem with them falling out, I hardly ever have to push them in or adjust them, just put them on at first and listen and they work fine. Now what about sound quality, I hear (haha) you say? well that again is good. The difference in sound quality between the £2 pair of earphones I tried out before and these is quite large! with these I don't have to put the volume up way high to hear the songs properly, the bass sounds clear and its not tinny, its much better. I can't say that its as good as say a high end pair of Bose ear or headphones of course and they don't have a noise cancelling function but they sound alot better than the budget earphones and their nice and comfy in my ears, which for a little under £10 I think really...

Small but Big!

Advantages: can store different documents, can be used in many mobiles and digital camera, rather cheap
Disadvantages: too small therefore hard to find if dropped or misplaced, comes in one colour

The 2GB Micro Sd card approx 4000 2MP pictures which I think is quiet a lot for pictures, but I find the amount of pictures stored to be helpful as I don't find myself having to delete my pictures more often. I However, mainly bought the micro sd card to enable me to store more music files on my mobile. The MicroSd card stores approx 500songs which I think is alright but as a huge music fan I would rather a bigger memory e.g. 4gb or possibly 8GB which stores more music. You can also use the memory card to store other documents other than music and pictures. I have used the memory card to store my word format documents, videos and powerpoints. It can store hundreds of files depending how big the memory is e.g. if you store a full movie onto the memory card it would possibly store a maximum of three movies. However, depending...

...charge this little beauty with the adaptor included cost me only £10.49, when you consider that the same package from the 3 store in my local high street would have set me back £22.99 I think i got a great deal. The card is a 2GB (2048MB) which allows me plenty room for photos and video clips I could even load a complete movie to my phone if I was going on a long bus or train trip but I have an mp4 player so that will not be happening. The card allows very quick upload and download speeds and that after being reliable is the most important thing.
