There is an earlier one which was called the E3, then came the Sport and I'm pretty sure the Sport was recently changed a little too as mine has no guards on the folding mechanism and one in a shop had these when I looked.
For a few weeks I tried very hard to cope with a single pram for my little girl- my loola; but my son is quite wilful and a shopping trip could have taken hours with him dawdling to look at things in wonder like a two year old tends to do, or him lifting things off shelves, or him trying to wander off. I don't believe in toddler reins so my only other solution was to organise the double for the times that I would have both children out with me. ...When i fell pregnant with my 3rd child, i already had a 1 yr old ( barely). So i knew i would need a good, sturdy and reliable double pram/buggy.
So i started looking around at what other woman were using.
You have the chunky side by side, which is too wide to get through most shop doors.
Then you have the tandem buggy, which is far too heavy to get up and down stairs, and seeing as i live in a flat, that was out of the question.

Either way, I've always had trouble with earphones, finding them uncomfortable, easily broken and lacking in both sound quality and the blocking of external noise. This was my typical experience with the default earphones I had received with every music player as well as those in the £15 range that had been a necessity of my childhood...
Fortunately, this long and painful prior history in the area means that I could not be more surprised or pleased with experiences of the Shure E3Cs.
I picked up a pair about a year ago when I was about to embark upon a little bit of traveling and I don't know how I would have coped without them. The quality is absolutely sensational for the average user (me) and I feel like I'm constantly noticing new bits in the background...

Advantages: Low inital cost, well made, easy to use, nice big clear screen, Disadvantages: High telephone costs, limited internet functionality,
...I bought a used Amstrad Emailer E3 from E-Bay.
It was very cost efficient (at first) and the piece of it you get is quite nice looking, prompting several comments from guests who see it.
First things first. The E-mailer is primarily a telephone.
The phone aspect of the device is fine, it has a wide range of features including Caller ID (if you have it on your line - phone co may charge for this), address book, speaker-phone and a nice big screen so you can see the number you are dialing or the number of the incoming call.
Sound quality is good on both speaker-calls and normal calls.
One minor issue I noticed was that for some reason there is sometimes about a half a second delay between when you pick up the handset and when the person on the other end can hear you - this means repeating the word 'hello' a second time if...
