Reviews of easy jet
the best budget
Review of EasyJet - EZU by
gsplat
Advantages: cheap, helpful, on time
Disadvantages: bit basic but what do you expect for the price
...There are tons of people that will tell you that EasyJet is a terrible airline, etc. That is not the experience I have had. I have used Ryan Air and Go as well as EasyJet and EasyJet have so far been the best. They, so far as I know, have one of the best time keeping records out of all the airlines (and that includes the big boys) and they are also one of the cheapest you will come across. They also don't have the nasty habit of cancelling flights if they are not full which Ryan Air seem to do on occasion....

Flying Easy Jet
Review of EasyJet - EZU by
GS26
Advantages: Booking system
Disadvantages: Limited destinations
...Flying Easy Jet.
We flew Easy Jet for the first time this June from Luton Airport and were impressed by the service. Booking was made by the Internet site, which is straightforward to use. After entering the dates we got a choice of flights out and flight homes. After making a decision just click OK and confirmation is given straight away. No long telephone calls minimum paperwork, pay by credit card and the flight is booked: dead easy. It is advertised as a no frills airline and so it is. There are no meals or drinks included but for a flight to Malaga who needs them. As there isn’t any selling of goods on the plane this means that there is no pressure to buy drink, cigarettes, perfumes etc. and no trolleys blocking the aisle!
Can’t wait to go again. Luton to Liverpool on offer for £5.00 single...

Great, brilliant, fantastic
Review of EasyJet - EZU by
Saturn
Advantages: friendly, cheap
Disadvantages: none
...I have flown EasyJet and BA a number of times and EasyJet service has always been better than the best BA service I ever got, every single time. Easyjet are kicking ass in the UK airline market and about time too.
The staff are friendly and informal. They do their job professionally, without attitude. On some airlines, the aircrew see their status as something between business class and first, not here.
I always feel safe, and I always feel valued. Most of all, they are efficient. Take this example.
I worked in Liverpool for six months, travelling 150 miles there at the beginning of the week and back again at the end, by rail. I went for an interview in Switzerland using EasyJet. The journey was quicker by air, including getting to the airport and back, and it was CHEAPER....

EasyJet is worth it!
Review of EasyJet - EZU by
Tink27
Advantages: Low cost and friendly service
Disadvantages: Cold within plane
...EasyJet is a low cost airline which flies to countries within Europe.
It is GREAT value for money. I flew with EasyJet last year to Madrid, Spain and was very impressed of the ease of purchasing tickets online through their website and also the ease of getting through the airport and actually onto the plane. It was SO easy!
For a low cost airline, you can't really expect anything to special but I was happy with the staff and the level of security measures they took to ensure full safety for passengers.
However it was a bit cold on the plane, even with the layers I was already wearing, so I would recommend you to take a jumper or two, or even a blanket if you want to avoid getting too cold or getting a cold/flu.
I would definately recommend using EasyJet especially if you're trying to budget.
I'd give it an 8 out of 10!!!...

Review of EasyJet - EZU by

Advantages: Very cheap (sometimes)
Disadvantages: ermm....you have to buy snacks if you want them?
...I get to fly to London from Belfast for £45....sweet! This is very handy, Luton was an excellent choice for a base and it's paid off. I've never had any problems with easyJet, except a 15 minute delay once - the flight managed to catch up 10 of those min anyway, so I can't really complain!
They're quick, efficient, and don't waste time with pointless bother, which is definitely handy if you're in a hurry. I could see many advantages for business travellers as well as skint students.
I'm glad to see a company like this making a go of things, because it sometimes takes a big shake-up for real competition to set in in a market. EasyJet proved to be just this sort of company. Although RyanAir and Go have tried, neither have quite matched easyJet's style. They have managed to reach 80% of bookings through their website by offering £5 off...

Join the mile high club...on the cheap
Review of EasyJet - EZU by
MISSBISHI
Advantages: price, online booking
Disadvantages: you need to make your own entertainment
...I flew to Barcelona with easyJet last week and after reading a negative op on the airline today, I would like to share my thoughts on the company too (no disrespect intended andyrev!).
As most of you will already know, easyJet are an award winning low cost airline and recently came sixth in a "Best airline" survey, beating British Airways. I chose to fly with easyJet for two reasons; cost and departure from Liverpool airport, which was convenient for me. I had few expectations of the service, being a great believer in "You get what you pay for".
My flight cost 121.00 in total and easyJet have a policy of charging separately for each leg of your journey. My outward journey cost 71.00
and the return fare was 50.00. In addition, easyJet will let you change your return date (subject to availability)for a nominal sum of 10.00 to cover...

Great value for money
Review of EasyJet - EZU by
EarthGirl
Advantages: cheap and cheerful
Disadvantages: luton airport
...Easy Jet is exactly what it says it is, a low cost no frills airline. I have flown return with them to Spain twice and haven't had a single problem. The staff was polite, friendly and efficient, the flights left on time and there was no problem with the luggage.
Easy Jet help to keep their costs low by not providing in flight catering, but they do have a trolley service where you are able to purchase drinks sandwiches and other snacks. These are more expensive than you would pay in a shop but so is the food sold in the airport at railway stations and in motorway service stations.
Easy Jet has to make their profits somewhere and you can't blame them for taking advantage of captive consumers. The price of food on easy jet flights has been one of the major complaints that I have heard about the Easy Jet service but these customers...

Easy when it works
Review of EasyJet - EZU by
Tricia24
Advantages: Can be very very cheap
Disadvantages: Also can be unreliable
...Okay easyJet – or Seizyjet as my Dad insists on calling it (although this is unjustified). I’ve travelled with Easy jet quite a few times now because the lure of such cheap flights is irresistible. And overall easyJet and the other budget airlines have to be applauded for making European travel so accessible.
Booking your travel online is fool proof and only takes about 10 minutes. It is advisable to book online rather than by phone because easyJet have deliberately made it almost impossible to get through to an actual human being when you call. On the first page you simply select the airport you wish to depart from (easyJet fly from London Gatwick, Stanstead, Luton as well as Aberdeen, Belfast, Bristol, East Midlands, Glasgow, Inverness, Liverpool and Newcastle, although it depends on your chosen destination), your destination...

Very powerful machine, very reasonable price
Review of Power Devil Washer by
wiseoldowl
Advantages: Cleaning all surfaces without needing elbow grease!
Disadvantages: None that I have found.
...I have been considering a pressure jetting machine for some time, but I have always been deterred by the high cost. The new Power Devil PDG4021 was cheap enough to tempt me! Now I have bought it, I wonder how I ever managed without it!
It is a very well manufactured machine, and very robust. The body casing is heavyduty plastic, with the electric supply and switch superbly protected from water ingress. Connection of the incoming water hose, and the jetting output are again very robust and easy to use. The jetting lance is very light and eash to operate, and there is a facility to use a detergent dispenser on the lance.
The output pressure cannot be varied, but this is no inconvenience, as the output can easily be adjusted during use, from a powerful needle jet, to a less powerful fan-shaped spray pattern.
On the jet setting...

CarJet are a good and cheap company
Review of CarJet by
ndgandy
Advantages: cheap, easy to use website, friendly staff
Disadvantages: do not always have offices at the airport.
...Through the easy to use website I hired an 8 seater van for a week in Fueteventura (£180 I think). The prices are below anything else around so stood out as great value. The only problem with Fuerteventura is that the CarJet office is not at the airport. Having said this, a rep meets you at the airport. You present him with your receipt (sent via email) and away you go! Upon departure all you have to do is leave the vehicle in a car park (5 min walk) with the keys in the glove box (not sure how safe this is!).
The car presented to me was clean and in good condition. The only problem was that it was not what I booked on the web, but an 'equivalent' model. It was similar but had 1 less seat (7 instead of 8). As there were 7 people travelling and boot space was almost non-existent, it led to an uncomfortable 45 minute journey...
