There are other online auctions but Ebay is the most popular. I have bought from others, but Ebay has an extensive equestrian range which is really useful to me with my horses. Uniquely Singapore!

...Uniquely Singapore!! This is this city's catch phrase. It can be seen on signs as soon as you walk off the plane the moment when you do depart and they wish you a found farewell as the plane departs this fine city. I am not sure what I thought I would expect from Singapore. However, whatever it was did not even compare to what I found in this spectacular city! Upon arriving at the Changi airport, one becomes completely in awe of the airport which supports it's own stopover hotel, free movie theatre and spa! This is not to mention the vast amounts of shops and restaurants. ~Immigration~ On departing the plane, you make your way through the beautiful corridors filled with live plants and flowers of spectacular beauty, to the immigration lines. As the airline had not handed out immigration cards before arrival in Singapore...

Delighting guests every single day. Mandarin Oriental Singapore.

Advantages: Great location. Excellent service that isn't too Singaporean! New rooms with excellent features!

...For those who have been keeping up with my Mandarin Oriental exploits then this is the third installment. Today I shall review one of Singapore?s finest five star hotels and let you into the world of Mandarin Oriental Singapore. I have stayed at a variety of hotels in Singapore but none have come as close to the perfect stay that you get at MO. I last stayed here in 2007 when the hotel was just branded as The Oriental, however Mandarin Oriental have since renamed the property under their full brand, just to make you aware in case you read reviews on either of the properties, they are in fact the same. Just look for the ?fan? logo of the company. I was staying in Singapore in between a trip from Malaysia to Australia and given my love for MO I knew this would be a good choice. ...Ebay is the best thing since sliced bread in my book ! I have been selling and buying on ebay for over 4 years now, and i love it. i have got some real bargains off the site, and at a fraction of the retail price. Dont get me wrong it has its faults, namely other sellers..it really gets my goat when you see ugg boots buy it now for £40.00...come on, any one worth their salt knows you cant buy ugg boots for less than £180.00. There are people out there that will spoil it for others, i.e bidders who dont pay, you then have to chase them for payment and open disputes to get your listing fees back...but over all, its a good experience, and very addictive. You cant help thumbing through the auctions and having a little bid here and there..and the adrenaline rush when you win it..woooaahh. I have always found it easy to use...

...Ebay, My Little Review This is not the first review on ebay and it won't be the last either but I wanted to share some opinions I have of this website which I sometimes use, love, hate and sometimes thank. The first time I saw ebay was in 2004, back then the website was something completely different, full of genuine sellers doing a virtual "yard sale", although it was also a bit less friendly to use, plenty of design flaws too. It was easier to find great deals but of course it had its downsides, many people in those years did not have digital cameras (nowadays it's unlikely to find a person without one) so many auctions were simply "described" but with no picture associated and it was sometimes a blind purchase. I don't remember paypal being that common at that time (until ebay bought it and brought it to fame) so also paying...

I knew of the site, of course - who doesn't, with the amount of pop-up ads it has with other sites? - but I'd never been so much as tempted to go beyond a quick glance at the home page.
